とを備え、前記コアダイが前進して型閉めされた
成形型内のキヤビテイに、スプール、ランナ、フ
イルムゲートを介して樹脂を射出することにより
、前記キヤビテイに対応した製品部に対して前記
フイルムゲートに対応したゲート部と前記ランナ
に対応したランナ部と前記スプールに対応したス
プール部とが順次連設された一次成形品が成形さ
れるようにしたものにおいて、 前記コアダイには、該コアダイの前進方向の移
動軸線に対して外方に傾斜する傾斜軸線に沿つて
移動自在なゲートブロツクが保持されて、該ゲー
トブロツクは、その移動に応じて成形位置と該成
形位置よりも前方かつ外方に位置する退避位置と
をりとり得るようにされ、 前記ゲートブロツクは、前記成形位置にあると
きに、その前面が前記製品部の端面を成形する端
面成形面を構成すると共に、前記コアダイ側面に
対向する側の面が前記ゲート部を成形するゲート
部成形面として構成され、 前記ゲート部を成形する前記コアダイの側面に
は、前記製品部の端面近傍においてアンダーカツ
トが形成され、 前記ゲートブロツクを前記退避位置へ押し出す
先行エジエクタピン、および該先行エジエクタピ
ンより所定ストローク遅れて前記ランナ部を押し
