ムの真下に位置し上記サドルの摺動方向に対し直
角方向に摺動自在に支持されたワークテーブルと
を具備し、上記ワークテーブルの上面が上記サド
ルの移動方向と平行に設定して上記サドルの如何
なる位置にもいても、上記レーザ発振装置から集
光レンズの焦点までの光路長に変化がないことを
特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 (2) 上記ビームガイドを複数のチユーブ、この
