光源から放射される一方向のレーザビームを自由
に屈曲させて一定の光路長のもとに導くことので
きるビームガイドと、このビームガイドの一端か
ら下方に向けて放出されるレーザビームを集光す
る集光レンズと、上記ビームガイドの一端を回転
自在に支えかつ上記集光レンズを保持して摺動自
在に移動するサドルと、上記下向きのレーザビー
ムの真下に位置し上記サドルの摺動方向に対し直
角方向に摺動自在に支持されたワークテーブルと
を具備し、上記ワークテーブルの上面が上記サド
ルの移動方向と平行に設定して上記サドルの如何
なる位置にもいても、上記レーザ発振装置から集
光レンズの焦点までの光路長に変化がないことを
特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 (2) 上記ビームガイドを複数のチユーブ、この
チユーブ連結位置に設けられた3つ以上の回転継
手および回転継手の位置に設けられた複数のミラ
