Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, in a washing machine processing agent loading device, a detergent container for storing one load of detergent is used in a washing machine to automatically feed detergent as a processing agent into a washing tub at a predetermined process. Built in
There is one that allows the water to be poured into the washing tub at predetermined intervals. However, this type of washing machine is inconvenient because it is necessary to measure the detergent and put it into the detergent container each time a washing operation is performed. In addition, the detergent container can store several doses of detergent, and an on-off valve and a flow control valve are installed in the path leading the detergent from the detergent container to the washing tub.The opening of the flow control valve is linked to the water level in the washing tub. There is one that automatically dispenses detergent by opening the on-off valve at a predetermined timing for a predetermined period of time by changing the amount of detergent. However, with this type of device, even if the opening degree of the flow rate control valve is changed in response to the amount of water in the washing tub, the control is controlled based on changes in the viscosity of the detergent due to changes in room temperature and the amount of liquid stored in the detergent container. Since the resistance of the valves is different, the amount of detergent that passes within a certain period of time is different, resulting in excessive or insufficient concentration of the washing liquid in the washing tub, resulting in wasted detergent and poor cleaning performance.

In addition, the detergent container can store several doses of detergent, and it is equipped with multiple measuring dispensers that measure the detergent from the detergent container and put it into the washing tub. There are those that operate the dispenser, and those that control the amount of detergent dispensed by operating the operating lever and changing the operating stroke of the dispenser.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 16 denotes a processing agent storage container provided at the top of the main body 1, in which, for example, liquid detergent is stored. Storage container 1
At the bottom of 6, there is a metering pump 1 which is a processing agent injection means for forcibly injecting the processing agent into the washing tub 3 via the liquid supply pipe 16.
It is 7. This set meal pump 17 has a water amount detection switch 1
The operating time is controlled to change in conjunction with the water level setting in step 1, and the operating time is longer when the water level is set to a high level than when it is set to a low water level. 18 is a viscosity detection means (the viscosity of detergent is proportional to temperature, so a temperature detection means can also be used instead).
7 is set to be energized for a long time.

To explain the operation in the above configuration, laundry is put into the washing tub 3, the set water level of the water amount detection switch 11 is adjusted according to the amount of laundry, a timer (not shown) is set, and the power is fully turned on. Then, the water supply valve 14 is opened and water is supplied into the washing tub 3, and when the set water level is reached, the water erosion detection switch 11 is activated and the water supply valve 14 is closed, and the water supply into the washing tub 3 is ended.
When the motor 5 is driven, the stirring blades 4 rotate and washing starts.

Water level setting of the water amount detection switch 11 and viscosity detection means 1
The operating time of the metering pump 17 is set in conjunction with 8.
The metering pump 17 operates between the time when water is supplied into the washing tub 3 and the stirring blade 4 starts rotating, and detergent is injected into the washing tub 3 from the storage container 15 . In this way, the operation time of the metering pump 17 changes in conjunction with the water level setting of the water amount detection switch 11 and the viscosity detection means 18, and the washing liquid in the washing tub 3 is forcibly injected into the washing tub 3. The concentration of can be set as an appropriate concentration.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention provides a water supply means for supplying water into a washing tub, a water amount detection means for detecting that water in the washing tub has reached a predetermined value, and the water amount detection means. and processing agent inputting means for injecting the treatment agent into the washing tub, and the treatment agent inputting means includes a viscosity detection means for the treatment agent, and controls the amount of warp treatment agent input by adjusting the amount of water. By controlling the injection time to accommodate the high and low viscosity of the processing agent, the concentration of the processing agent in the washing tub can be adjusted to an appropriate level, thereby eliminating performance degradation due to waste of processing agent or insufficient amount of processing agent. This can be prevented and the ease of use can be improved. Moreover, by one operation of the processing agent injection means, the injection operation can be completed in a short period of time, and moreover, it is superior in terms of durability compared to one that is operated repeatedly.
