Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, in the processing agent loading device of a washing machine, in order to automatically dispense detergent as a processing agent into the washing tub in a predetermined process, a detergent container for storing one load of detergent is used. There are some that are installed inside the washing machine so that it can be injected into the washing tub at predetermined intervals. However, this type of washing machine is inconvenient because it is necessary to measure the detergent and add it to the detergent container each time a washing operation is performed. In addition, the detergent container can store several doses of detergent, and an on-off valve and a flow control valve are installed in the path leading the detergent from the detergent container to the washing tub. There is a device that automatically dispenses detergent by changing the degree of opening of the on-off valve and opening the on-off valve at a predetermined timing for a predetermined period of time. However, according to this type of product, commercially available detergent stock solutions have different concentrations, so even if you control the amount of detergent according to the amount of water in the washing tub, it is not possible to match the concentration of the detergent stock solution. There is a problem that the concentration of the washing liquid in the washing machine is too high or too low, resulting in wasted detergent and poor cleaning performance.

In addition, the detergent container can store several doses of detergent, and it is equipped with multiple measuring dispensers that measure the amount of detergent from the detergent container and add it to the washing tub. There are those that operate the dispenser, and those that control the amount of detergent dispensed by operating a control stick to change the flow rate of the dispenser.

To explain the operation in the above configuration, laundry is put into the washing tub 3, the set water level of the water amount detection switch 11 is adjusted according to the amount of laundry, a timer (not shown) is set, and the power is turned on. When the water is turned on, the water supply valve 14 opens and the washing tub 3
When water is supplied into the tank and reaches the set water level, the water amount detection switch 11
operates, the water supply valve 14 closes, water supply to the washing tub 3 ends, the motor 6 is driven, the stirring blades 4 rotate, and washing begins.

The operation of the metering pump 17 is set in conjunction with the water level setting of the water amount detection switch 11, and the metering pump 17 operates between the time when water is supplied into the washing tub 3 and the time when the stirring blades 4 start rotating. Detergent is injected into the washing tub 3 from the container 15. The appropriate amount of detergent for the amount of water in the washing tub 3 is the maximum common amount of the low concentration detergent amount and the high concentration detergent amount as one unit,
For example, when the ratio is 6=3 as shown in FIG. 3, the operation of the metering pump 17 is based on the maximum common amount of 1 unit
If the concentration selector switch 18 is set to the "low" side, it operates by 6 units, and if it is set to the "high" side, it operates by 3 units. Therefore, by switching the concentration selector switch 18, the concentration of the detergent stock solution can be changed. Also, the concentration in the washing tub 3 can be adjusted appropriately.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the processing agent charging device for a washing machine of the present invention includes: a storage tank for storing a processing agent; a charging means for charging the processing agent from the storage tank into the washing tub; Concentration switching means is provided for switching the operation of the processing agent input means depending on the concentration of the treatment agent, and the operation of the treatment agent input means is configured to control the amount of treatment agent required for a low concentration and the amount of treatment agent for a high concentration required for the amount of water in the washing tub. By adopting a configuration in which the processing is carried out based on approximately the most common amount of the processing agent, even if the concentration of the processing agent stock solution changes, the concentration of the processing agent in the washing tub can be maintained at an appropriate level, reducing wastage of the processing agent and reducing processing costs. It is possible to provide a processing agent charging device for a washing machine that prevents performance deterioration due to lack of agent and has a simple structure and is inexpensive.
