ィルムを設けてもよいが、前記フィルムは引裂き強度が
弱いため、フィルムの一部に損傷が生ずるとその損傷が
拡大し、蓄熱材漏出防止層6の働きをしなくなる恐れが
ある。したがって、好ましくは織布または、不織布をシ
リコーン等により撥水処理を行ない蓄熱材防止層とする
のがよい。あるいは、フィルムの蓄熱容器に接する面に
撥水処理を行なうか、撥水処理した織布または不織布を
ラミネートし蓄熱材漏出防止層6としてもよい。この構
成で容器aが何らかの原因で破損、例えば、ピン4が刺
った場合、蓄熱材2は容器3より漏出する。しかし、前
記親水性の蓄熱材2は蓄熱材漏出防止層6で撥水され、
前記層6の外部へ漏出することができず、容器aと蓄熱
