び前記連結部材部と前記連動プレートとの間を連
結する第２リンクを配設して平行リンク機構を形
成し、前記連結部材を移動させて前記第１、第２
リンクが直線状になつて前記連動プレートが下方
に移動するクランプ状態と前記第１、第２リンク
がくの字状に屈曲して前記連動プレートが上方に
移動するアンクランプ状態とに切換える操作手段
