Claims (1)

固定されるとともに測定ガス存在部分に対接され
る可撓性のガス透過膜と、外筒ハウジングに支持
された支持体から露出して設けられ前記外筒ハウ
ジング内に互いに独立した状態で配置された作用
電極、基準電極および対電極と前記外筒ハウジン
グと支持体との間に形成されるとともに前記電極
および前記ガス透過膜と接するように内部液を収
容する液収容室と、該液収容室に充填設定された
内部液と、前記外筒ハウジングと支持体とを軸線
方向に相対移動可能とするねじ手段とを備え、前
記支持体の前記ガス透過膜に対向する側に作用電
極を露出させた突部と基準電極および対電極を露
出させたテーパ状端面部とを形成し、前記ねじ手
段によつて外ケースを軸線方向に相対移動させて
前記露出端面の突部にある作用電極にのみ前記ガ
ス透過膜を弾性的に圧接させたことを特徴とする
