Claims (1)

かつ、弾性変形することにより前記基板を前記ス
ペーサの内周面から遠ざける方向にそれぞれ押圧
する押圧片を一体に複数備えた位置決め部材を設
け、該位置決め部材の押圧片により前記基板を押
圧することにより、前記基板が前記スペーサの中
立位置に配設されるように前記スペーサを位置決
めするように構成したことを特徴とする酸素セン
