Claims (1)
- 上下面にマイクロストリツプ回路パターンが形
成された配線基板と、該配線基板に設けた透孔と
、該透孔に挿入され、その上下端が前記上下面の
マイクロストリツプ回路パターンに夫々電気的に
接続される金属金具と、該金属金具に装着される
と共に、所定電極が前記上面のマイクロストリツ
プ回路パターンに電気的に接続されるマイクロ波
用ＦＥＴとからなるマイクロ波用ＦＥＴの実装配
線基板。
