According to this method, each bolt must be tightened at the construction site, and the positions of the holes in the connecting plate and the nuts do not easily match, which not only takes time and effort, but also requires the use of spanners, etc., to tighten the bolts. Tools are often lost, and
Connection plates and bolts are generally made of iron,
Since it is exposed on the outer surface of concrete products, it corrodes over a long period of time, resulting in poor durability.

In addition to mortar, elastic members have also been used as joint materials to prevent water leakage by squeezing them between the connecting end faces, but this method is not effective in terms of the durability of the joint material. However, it was not possible to reliably prevent water leakage due to its excellent durability.

[Structure of the Invention] A concrete product in which a connecting tool according to the present invention is embedded has a groove having a constant depth and an outer shape that is approximately the same as the shape of the connecting end face of the concrete product, and an opposing wall forming this groove. A receiving member having a plurality of penetrating holes drilled therein is buried in the connecting end surface of the concrete product so that the opening end surface of the groove is flush with the connecting end surface of the concrete product, while a receiving member is buried in the outer wall surface near the connecting end surface of the concrete product. is formed by opening a hole that communicates with the through hole, the axis of which coincides with the through hole, and has a shape that fits into the entire groove of the receiving member, and has a position facing the through hole on the circumferential surface of both ends. A connecting member in which the same number of through holes are drilled is inserted between the grooves of the receiving members of both concrete products to be connected, and a fixing member is inserted through the hole opening in the outer wall surface, The receiving member and the connecting member are connected and fixed by penetrating their respective through holes, and the inserted fixing member is filled with mortar to finish the exterior.

As shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the receiving member 2 is as shown in FIG.
It may be made to protrude toward the closed end side. When the receiving member 2 is buried in the concrete product 1, the position of the receiving member 2 is made accurate by engaging a projection provided on the formwork with the projection.

In addition, if a cap nut 2c is welded to the outer surface of the closed end of the groove 2a as shown in FIG. By screwing them together and pulling the bolts toward the formwork, the end face of the receiving member 2 can be brought into close contact with the formwork surface, and it is possible to prevent the cement material from flowing into the receiving member 2. can.

The distance between the through holes 3a in the axial direction of the connecting member 3 is the distance between the through holes 2b of the opposing receiving members 2 when both concrete products 1, 1 are faced with a gap of approximately 10 mm between their connecting end surfaces. By making the through hole 3a a long hole, it is easy to match it with the through hole 2a. The surface of the portion exposed between the connecting end surfaces is rough so that the mortar 5 as a joint material adheres closely.

As shown in FIG. 5a, when the two concrete products 1, 1 are butted together with their connecting end surfaces facing each other, the connecting member 3 is fitted into the receiving member 2 in advance and protrudes from the connecting end surface. Connect the other concrete product 1 to the connecting member 3 with its receiving member 2, and connect both concrete products 1, 1.
If they are brought together, the effect is that both concrete products 1, 1 are temporarily fixed without shifting from each other.
