Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent rotation unevenness, noise generation by a brush, or residual dust while a cleaner stops by rotating a rotary brush by using an idler for rotating force of a record to remove dust on the record. CONSTITUTION:When a cleaner case is turned toward the direction of a turntable shaft 14 and a guide part 13 is inserted into the turntable shaft 14, an idler 6 makes contact with a level part 19 of a record 17 by a sheet spring 18 to be rotated, and the rotary brush 2 is rotated by gears 5 and 1 in the direction of A. At that time, the record 17 is rotating in the direction of B with the turntable 15. The dust 20 adheres to the external circumference of the rotary brush 2, lifted upward, and accommodated in a dust receiver 8. Then, the dust on the record is removed. Since it is accommodated in the dust receiver part for removal as well as brushed off, it is not collected and removed if the record face is rotated more than once before play, so that the cleaner is not necessary to be used during the play and the rotation unevenness by the brush resistance or noise is not generated.

Conventionally, this type of apparatus is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-46502, in which a part of the record cleaner is driven by a motor to remove dust. This method removes dust on the trajectory of the regenerating needle. However, this technique relies on the sliding resistance of the brush during performance. There may be uneven rotation, noise caused by the brush, or dust remaining when the cleaner is stopped. Also, the company is not aware of problems such as when there is a large amount of lumps. Furthermore, players other than linear tracking players require motors and control circuits, resulting in high costs, which is an economical issue that is not recognized.

An object of the present invention is to provide a record cleaner device for a record player that eliminates the drawbacks of the prior art. The rotary brush is rotated to remove dust from the record, and is rotatably held outside the turntable when not in use. Dust can be disposed of by providing a dust holder and making the entire cleaner or just the dust holder removable.

The cleaner part = 210 is arranged so that gears 1 and 5 are engaged with each other, and the dust handle 8 is removably attached to the top of the rotating brush 2 together with the lid 9. The cleaner part = 210 is supported on the cabinet 12 at the fulcrum 11. Next, the operation will be explained. When removing dust 20 from a record 17, the cleaner case 10 is directed toward the turntable shaft 14, and the kite part 16 is inserted into the turntable shaft 14. At that time, the idler 6 contacts the label 619 of the rotating record 17 and rotates, and the gears 5 and 1 rotate the rotating brush 2 in the direction of arrow A in FIG. is rotating in the direction of arrow B together with the turntable 15. The lump 20 adheres to the outer periphery of the rotating brush 2 and is lifted upward to form a dust tube 8.
The dust 20 on the record is removed. When the cleaner is to be stopped, the guide part 13 of the cleaner case 10 is separated from the turntable shaft 14 and rotated clockwise, and the rotating brush 2 is separated from the record 17.

The cleaner case is held outside the turntable 15, and the dust 20 on the dust holder 8 can be cleaned by removing the lid 9 and removing the dust holder 8. You can also remove the entire part of the cleaner and clean the underside of the rotating brush. Further, in this embodiment, the turntable was kept rotating, but it is clear that it is possible to link the turntable with the rotation of the cleaner by providing a switch in a part of the cleaner. Furthermore, if the entire rotating brush and cleaner case 10 are made of conductive material and grounded through the turntable shaft, static electricity from records can be easily removed.

According to the present invention, by rotating the rotary brush without using a motor, it not only removes dust from the record, but also stores and removes it in the dust holder, preventing dust from accumulating and rotating the record surface once before playing. If you rotate it more than this, the dust will be removed, so you don't have to use it while playing, and there will be no uneven rotation or noise caused by brush resistance.・
Also, there is no dust left when storing records, so there is no need to worry about damaging the sound grooves of records. Furthermore, since no motor or motor drive circuit is required for the rotation of the rotary brush, it can be attached to any player, has a simple structure, and has economical effects such as low production costs.

In addition, since the height of the rotating brush is set based on the label surface in case of warping of the record, there is no omission of dust removal due to warping. Also, since it is driven by the label surface, there is no risk of damaging the record.
