設した防音パネルにおいて、上記補強材を吸音材
を分割する位置に配設し、この補強材の吸音板側
の端部に、吸音板の方向へ突出する補強材側吸音
板押えを有する吸音保持部材を着可能に取り付け
、且つ、上記外枠の内側に、上記補強材の方向へ
突出する外枠側吸音板押えを形成し、上記補強材
側及び外枠側の吸音板押えによつて吸音板の端部
を吸音材に押し付けて保持する如くなしたことを
