り、伝達レバー5の上面には上方に駆動側突部2

復運動する切換ハンドル15を係合凹溝23に係
合してある。尚、上記伝達歯車4、伝達レバー
5、揺動用スプリング7等で、モータ1の回転運
動を揺動運動に変換する変換装置を構成してい
る。9はブラシ取付台で、上方開口の上部筒部内
にはベアリング10を配設してあり、下方開口の
内側の従動側突部25には揺動用スプリング7の
上端が嵌着してある。また、8は防水用のカバー
で可撓性に優れており、その下端を把持部Aの上
端外周に嵌着してあり、その上端をブラシ取付台
9の下部外周に嵌着してある。また、前記のベア
