An oral cleaning tool, wherein the oral cleaning tool includes cam means for engaging the shaft member and the brush fixing member, and the cam means is eccentric with respect to a rotation axis of the shaft member and a front end of the member. A mouth cleaning tool comprising: a pin member protruding from a portion; a ball having a hole into which the pin member is loosely fitted; and a groove provided in the brush fixing member for accommodating the ball so that the ball cannot escape.
