- 減圧通路を開閉する開閉弁を密閉タンクに直接
取付け、弁孔の吸入側へ、吸込口にフイルターを
備えた吸気管を接続すると共に、開閉弁の弁軸、
弁板を貫通して吸気管内へ出没し吸気管内に外気
を流入させる中空弁軸を配備した粉体処理装置。
