Conventionally, in order to wash a filter used for overpurification of a polymer solution, etc., the most common method has been to flow a superfluid or a solvent in the direction opposite to the flow of the filter, which is the so-called backwashing method. However, this method has the following drawbacks.

(1) Since more backwash fluid flows to areas with less flow resistance, it is difficult to uniformly clean the entire filter surface, making complete cleaning regeneration difficult. When trying to clean the entire surface as uniformly as possible,
Large amounts of backwash fluid are required.

(2) Since the cleaning fluid flows in the opposite direction to the normal flow direction of the filter, reinforcement is required on both sides of the filter.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a filter equipped with a cleaning device that can clean uniformly with a small amount of cleaning liquid without waste and does not require special reinforcement of the filter. An inlet and an outlet are provided, a cylindrical filter is disposed within the casing so as to block the gap between the inlet and the outlet, and a nozzle is provided inside the filter for spraying a cleaning liquid toward the inner surface of the filter. There is a filtration machine with a cleaning device in which a cleaning device is arranged.

A cartridge type filter 4 is installed in the casing 1 so as to block the inlet 2 and the outlet 3. Filter 4 is wire mesh 4'
and a support frame 4'', and although the illustrated one is bucket-shaped, it is not limited to this, and any cylindrical shape such as a cylinder can be used. For example, the support frame 4'' is made of punched metal. A plate is used, but it is not limited to this as long as it supports the wire mesh 4' and allows permeation of excess fluid.

The filter 4 is pressed against a bracket 7 of the casing 1 by a lid 5 of the casing 1 and a filter holder 6. The lid 5 has a pressure relief nozzle 5' inside the casing. What is separated by the filter 4 are insoluble foreign substances in the polymer solution, such as gelled polymers and iron rust.

On the other hand, the filter 4 is provided with an opening 8 at its bottom, through which a cleaning liquid injection nozzle rod 9 is inserted into the filter 4. Filter 4
and the bottom of the casing 1 are connected by a bellows 10, which closes the periphery of the axial tube of the nozzle rod 9. The bellows 10 is a conduit 1 for discharging cleaning liquid and waste from the filter 4.
1, 12, and 13. Casing 1
A conduit 14 is provided at the bottom of the filter 4 for discharging the cleaning liquid that has flowed out of the filter 4. Although not shown, on-off valves are attached to the conduit 13 and the conduit 14, and these valves are kept fully closed during the over-processing.

The nozzle rod 9 is provided with two nozzles 15 diagonally downward at the top and below it, a gear 16 at the bottom, a shaft seal 17 and a bearing 17'.
It is rotatably supported by the casing 1 by. Said gear 16 is driven by a motor 19 via a pinion 18 and is thereby able to rotate the nozzle rod 9.

Further, the nozzle rod 9 has a threaded portion 20 at the lower part,
This engages with a screw cut inside the bearing 17', causing the nozzle rod 9 to move up and down as it rotates. Switching between left and right rotation of the nozzle rod 9 is performed by reversing the motor 19.
The range in which the nozzle rod 9 moves up and down is the range in which the entire upper surface of the filter 4 is cleaned by the two nozzles 15. A cleaning liquid such as an organic solvent is pumped into the nozzle rod 9 from a cleaning liquid inlet 21 by a pump or the like.

In the cleaning device having the above structure, when cleaning the filter 4, the cleaning liquid is applied to the nozzle rod 9.
While spraying from the nozzle 15 to the inside of the filter 4, the nozzle rod 9 is rotated and moved up and down. The cleaning liquid is then sprayed uniformly over the entire surface of the filter. The liquid after cleaning falls by gravity and is returned to the cleaning liquid tank or the like through the pipes 11, 12, 13 and 14. Therefore, almost no liquid remains on the filter during cleaning, and the impact force or cleaning power of the subsequent cleaning liquid is not weakened. The higher the pressure of the injection liquid is, the more preferable it is, but it is usually 10 to 15 kg/cm 2 G, and the injection time varies depending on the mesh of the wire gauze of the filter, but is usually about 5 minutes at the longest.

In the structure shown in FIG. 1, the nozzle rod 9
is disposed inside the filter through the opening 8 provided at the bottom of the filter, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it is also possible to penetrate the lid 5 and dispose within the filter from the top of the filter.

本発明によれば、次の効果がある。 According to the present invention, there are the following effects.

Unlike conventional backwashing methods, the entire filter surface is uniformly cleaned from inside the filter, so there is no need to provide a reinforcing material to the filter.

Because the filter is cleaned with spray liquid,
Even if the filter becomes clogged, it can be easily cleaned and regenerated with a small amount of cleaning fluid, so there is no need to replace it with a new one as often as in the past. That is, unless the wire mesh is damaged or the number of meshes is changed, there is almost no need to replace it with a new one, so the wire mesh can be saved and the labor of replacement work such as releasing the casing can be saved.

Since there is no need to remove the filter from the casing for cleaning, the working environment will not be degraded even if a cleaning solution that may pollute the environment is used, and there will be no loss of cleaning solution.
