Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably carry out both delivery and containing by providing a paper containing part adjacent to a temporarily piling part and installing a conveying force cut-off means between a delivery means and contained sheets of paper, and a paper rear end pressing means on the paper side of a containing means. CONSTITUTION:When temporarily piling sheets of paper are to be contained, a pusher 38 is lowered, and a complementary rod 41 which is retractably provided on its end, is pushed out, to securely depress the temporarily piling sheets of paper 31 from the upper part and make them pass through a central space part. And, a conveying force cut-off member 27 which is made of a thin film type member is lowered by means of a link mechanism 29, to get out of a condition in which it is placed under a delivery roller 8. Thereby, it becomes impossible for the conveying force of the delivery roller 8 to be transmitted to contained sheets of paper 32, preventing a contained sheet of paper from being taken out accompanying the delivery of a temporarily piled sheet of paper 31, to carry out the stable delivery and containing of a small number of sheets of paper.

As described in Japanese Patent No. 96451, the temporary stacking section and the storage section are separated by *t L which can store paper sheets, which takes up a lot of space. Due to this space, if the temporary stacking section and the storage section are placed adjacent to each other and the space between them is eliminated, the paper sheets accumulated in the temporary stacking section and the paper sheets stored in the storage section will be separated. There is a problem of taking people out when they come into contact with other people.

In the paper sheet storage device of the present invention, a conveying force blocking member is disposed between the paper sheet feeding means and the stored paper sheets, so that when feeding out the temporarily accumulated paper sheets, the feeding force without the feeding force of the feeding means is removed. The structure is configured so that the information does not reach the paper sheets stored in the storage container, and the rear end of the paper sheet is placed on the paper side of the paper sheet storage means for storing temporarily accumulated paper sheets in the storage container. The device is characterized in that a pressing auxiliary member is attached so that it can be moved in and out.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7 as an example in which it is adopted in a banknote safe of a bank terminal device.6 In FIG. 1, deposited banknotes are sequentially conveyed one by one. After being conveyed by belts 1 and 2 and conveyed by belts 3 and 4, they are sequentially deposited and stored on separator 11, which is a temporary depositing section. Next, when the deposited banknotes are to be returned, the feeding means 1, for example, the feeding rubber roller 8, descends, and the front plate 7, which serves as a guide, also descends to the stopper 9.
is raised, and the sheets are separated and conveyed one by one by the rotation of the feeding rubber roller 8. When deposited banknotes are to be stored without being returned, the separator 11 is also rotated downward by lowering the bushing 38 as a banknote storage means, and the space in the center is used to temporarily pass the stored banknotes. Then, store it in the storage container. Furthermore, separator 1
1 (at a position that partitions the stored banknotes from the banknotes temporarily stored on the separator 11), a slidable conveying force blocking member 27 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is installed.

The banknotes conveyed between the separator 11 and the front plate 7 are fed by the friction between the stack rollers 6 and 5, and are stopped at a position where the leading end hits the stopper 9. In the same way, subsequent banknotes are sequentially stacked and stored on top of the previously stored banknotes 31. 6. When returning the temporarily piled banknotes, the stopper 9 is raised, and the front plate 7 and the banknotes 31 are used as a feeding means, for example. rubber roller 8 is lowered. By rotating the feeding rubber roller 8, the temporary stacked paper +1r
'F advances along the guide 1o, and is separated one by one by an overlap mechanism formed by the feed roller 34 and the gate roller 33 (; Here, the separator 11 serves as a receiving member that receives the stored banknotes with a certain pressing force, for example, by the spring force (tension of the spring 19) applied to the bottom plate 13 and the seat plate 12. Suppression is applied indirectly. Note that 20 is a guide for the spring 19.

Next, the mechanism of the busher 38 when storing one temporarily stored bill in the busher 38 according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 shows a view with the auxiliary rod 41 of the bushing 38 taken out, and FIG. 6 shows a view with the auxiliary rod 41 housed. In FIG. 6, when the busher 38 is lowered to store banknotes, the bar 39 hits a starting cover 44 (fixed to the main body) having appropriate elasticity and rotates upward. Then, the link A40 rotates counterclockwise around the pin 42 and pushes out the auxiliary rod 41. The auxiliary rod 41 is pushed out until the upper fixing point of the snap spring 43 is fixed by the pin 42, after which the activation bar 44 is bent to allow the bar 39 to pass, and the operation of the auxiliary rod 41 is stopped. Next, in FIG. 5, when the storage of the temporarily stacked banknotes is completed and the pusher 38 is raised, the bar 39 is moved to the activation bar 44.
When the link A40 hits and rotates clockwise 6, the link A40 rotates upward and pulls up the auxiliary rod 41. The auxiliary rod 41 is pulled up until the lower fixing point of the snap spring 43 is fixed by the pin 42. After that, the starting bar 44 bends and passes the bar 39 in the same way as when descending, and the auxiliary vI4

As the bushing 38 descends, the temporarily deposited banknotes 31 are pressed downward, and the separator 11 rotates downward around the fixed rotation part 42 connected to the side plate 41, so that the temporarily stored banknotes 31 are bent along the separator 11. Conveying force blocking member 27
is also bent downward, and the outer guide 26 is also rotated to face downward. At this time, the auxiliary rod 41 provided on the bushing 38
is holding down the vicinity of the rear end of one banknote that is lifted by the conveyance force blocking member 27. When the pusher 38 further pushes down the paper group 1γ, the banknote passes through the separator 11, and the separator 11 returns to its original horizontal position, so that it is located under the separator, and the banknote amount is stored as a member, for example, on the bottom plate 13. The stored banknotes 32 are stacked and stored on top of the stored banknotes 32. The conveying force blocking member 27 also comes off from the lower part above the banknote 3 and returns to its original position vl (horizontal) by the elastic force of the conveying force blocking member itself. The outer cover 26 also has a conveying force blocking member 27.
returns to the original position. At this time, the pusher 3 is removed by sliding and retracting the conveyance force blocking member 27.
According to this embodiment, the temporary deposition section and the storage section can be placed adjacent to each other, so that the entire apparatus can be made compact. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the stored banknotes from being taken out when returning the temporarily accumulated banknotes, and it is also possible to prevent the rear end of the banknotes from bulging when storing them, so the storage is stabilized and the occurrence of jams. can be prevented. Further, the auxiliary n41 provided on the busher 38 allows stable storage operation without bill bulging without increasing the stroke of the busher 38 even when there are few temporarily deposited banknotes.
