ーにおいて、上記円板状基部の外周にワイヤ巻取
り溝を形成するとともに上記アーム部の基部に回
転方向に広い幅広部を形成してこの幅広部の側面
に凹陥部を形成する一方、上記ワイヤ巻取り溝か
ら上記凹陥部に連通するワイヤ導入路を設け、こ
のワイヤ導入路から上記凹陥部に導入したワイヤ
の自由端を、上記凹陥部に嵌まり込む蓋体と上記
凹陥部の底面間に、ねじを用いて挟圧したことを
