Claims (1)
- 釜本体の開口部を開閉する外蓋に設けられ上下
に開通する筒体挿通口を有する弁ケースと、前記
筒体挿通口を閉塞し得る大きさに形成されて前記
弁ケースの前記筒体挿通口上側に配置され蒸気圧
に応じ上下動する弁体と、前記釜本体に収容され
た鍋を開閉する内蓋に設けられ該内蓋及び前記外
蓋の閉塞状態で前記筒体挿通口に挿通されて上端
開口部が該筒体挿通口より上方の位置で前記弁体
を受ける蒸気抜筒体とを具備して成る保温釜の蒸
気抜装置。
