Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 凹状の粒子検出部を形成した粒子検出棒を備えた粒子検
    出装置において、発光ダイオードからの光束を伝播しそ
    の発光端面が上記粒子検出部の一側面に位置設定される
    発光用光ファイバと、この発光用光ファイバの発光端面
    から照射される光束を受光伝播しその受光端面が上記粒
    子検出部の一側面に対向する他側面に位置設定される受
    光用光ファイバと、この受光用光ファイバにより伝播さ
    れた光束を電気信号に変換する受光ダイオードと、上記
    粒子検出部から外部に連通ずる吸引孔と、上記粒子検出
    棒の外周面に上記粒子検出部よりも広い幅でスライド可
    能に取り付けられるカバーとを具備し、上記カバーによ
    り上記粒子検出部を遮閉し、この遮閉した粒子検出部内
    を上記吸引孔により吸引することを特徴とする粒子検出
    装置。
