プであつて、キヤツプ本体の頭部中央に開口部を
形成し、このキヤツプ本体内には、前記開口部よ
り大径の支持筒体を嵌合し、この支持筒体の開口
部内に前記キヤツプ本体の開口部を位置させるよ
うに支持筒体の一部開口端をキヤツプ本体の頭部
内面に固着し、支持筒体内には、一開口端側内外
周にフランジ部を設けた排気筒を軸方向に移動自
在に遊嵌合し、そして支持筒体と排気筒との間に
弾装したスプリングにより排気筒を付勢して排気
筒の外周に設けたフランジ部を前記キヤツプ本体
の頭部の内面に圧接させ、更に排気筒内にはこの
排気筒のキヤツプ本体側の開口部を開閉するバル
ブを設け、このバルブをスプリングにより排気筒
の内周に設けたフランジ部に圧接させてなる石油
