Abstract

PURPOSE:The tacky roll is pressed in a more inside position than the base surface in regard to the thickness of the base coated with a film or films on one or both sides, allowed to rotate and move, thus enabling automatic peeling with no need of pull tab. CONSTITUTION:For example, a tacky roll 3 is set so that it comes more inside in the thickness direction of the base plate covered with surface-protecting films on one or both sides and another non-tacky, pressing roll 4 is set on the back side of the base plate in opposition to the tacky roll. Then, the rolls are allowed to move along the base plate 1 to peel off the protecting films.

(Prior art) Various methods have been tried to automate film peeling, such as peeling off the seed film of an adhesive-attached laminating machine, but the film is thin (and flexible alternatives). Due to the properties of the film itself, such as being easily affected by static electricity generated during peeling, this device cannot be said to be a satisfactory device.Automation of peeling the leading edge of the film in advance or creating an easy-to-peel condition and then peeling it off with a peeling device is difficult. had taken a problematic approach.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to automatically peel off the film on one side or both sides without starting to peel off the film, the adhesive roll is applied from a position inside the thickness of the substrate on one side or both sides of the substrate. By pressurizing and rotating the surface of the substrate (including those wrapped with adhesive film and tape (hereinafter referred to as adhesive tape)) from the edge of the substrate along the surface, the adhesive force to the adhesive roll and the rotational movement are increased. The peeling force causes the film to be peeled off.

To explain based on the drawings, in Fig. 1, surface retention gζ
The surface of the adhesive roll 5 is placed in front of the base plate 1, which is held in a predetermined position with a film 2 such as a film tightly attached to it, and one inch inside the thickness of the base plate. There are non-adhesive substrate holding rolls 4 placed on the back side of the sandwich, each of which is configured to press and rotate against the substrate 1. During this 1 m movement, the adhesive roll 5 presses against the film 2. The film is peeled off by taking advantage of the simultaneous generation of adhesion to the end face (thickness direction) and surface of the film and peeling rotational force.

When ykIIm is applied to both sides at the same time, two or more pairs of sticky rolls 3 and substrate holding rolls 4 are arranged, and the films 2 on both sides are simultaneously peeled off by interlocking as described above. By arranging the adhesive rolls 3 alternately as shown in ), the initial purpose can be achieved without causing the adhesive rolls 3 to stick to each other even when the substrate 1 is thin.

FIG. 5 is an example of double-sided film peeling in which an adhesive roll is covered with a roll and an adhesive tape. There is a tape unwinding reel 8 and a tape take-up reel 9 connected to each other via a sticky 917 tape 7 arranged on the roll 5 so that the adhesive surface faces the substrate side. A winding drive unit 10 is connected, and the adhesive tape 7 can be shifted and tension adjusted. On the other hand, a nip wheel 6 for integrating the adhesive tape 7 on the roll 5 with the roll 5 is disposed in front of the roll 5, and fixes the adhesive tape 7 to the roll 5 as necessary during the peeling operation. It has a structure that can follow 50 rotations and release the fixation when the adhesive tape 7 is shifted.

The film 2 is peeled off by holding the substrate 1 with films on both sides in a predetermined position, and moving the four pairs of adhesive rolls and the substrate holding roll along the substrate as described above (pressure and rotation), and then The film is peeled off by moving the base 1 forward and moving the peeling part to both sides of the 4th plate 10 while keeping the adhesive at the end of the film 2. During this pressurized and rotational movement, 70 rolls of adhesive tape are removed. Since tension is applied to the take-up side due to the rotational movement of the adhesive roll, the tension is adjusted by the tape winding drive unit 10 to prevent the adhesive tape 7 from being cut.
