(発明の構成)
この発明は、フィルムの剥し始めを作らずに片側又は両
側のフィルムを自動的に剥離するため基板の片側又は両
側にて基板の厚みの表面より内側の位置から、粘着性ロ
ール(粘着性フィルム、テープ(以下粘着テープと略す
)を巻き付けたものを含む)の表面を基板の端面から表
面に沿って加圧回転移動させる事により、粘着性ロール
への粘着力と回転移動による引き剥し力により、フィル
