第1図は本考案の一実施例の構成を示す縦断面
図、第2図は従来の機械的クランプ装置による板
状物の固定を示す縦断面図、第3図はクランプを
行わない場合の極薄板の突合せ状態を示す縦断面
図である。 図において、1はレーザービーム、2は反射鏡
、3は集光レンズ、4,4′は被溶接物、5はシ
ールドガス入口、6はビームノズル、7はレーザ
ー発光装置、8は電磁石、9,9′はテーブル、
10は電源、11はスイツチである。尚、各図中
同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 板状の磁性体からなる被溶接物の端部同志をレ
    ーザービームを用いて溶接する装置において、溶
    接すべき双方の被溶接物をそれぞれ所定の溶接位
    置に固定するため、一方の面側に1個又は複数個
    の電磁石を配設し、溶接時に該電磁石に電流を流
    してその磁力により被溶接物を溶接装置に固定し
    、溶接後に電磁石の電流を切つて被溶接物を取り
    出すようにしたことを特徴とする溶接装置。
