In ventilation fans, especially ventilation fans installed and used in kitchens, etc., the surface of the decorative frame that surrounds the ventilation blades that are rotated by a motor has traditionally been contaminated with oil stains generated during cooking and especially in the air. There was a problem in that they were contaminated by so-called oil dust, such as dust contained in smoke, and cleaning them was a great hassle. Therefore, in recent years, it has been considered to cover the surface of the decorative frame with a removable synthetic resin film, for example, and with this, the surface of the decorative frame is not soiled, only the film is smudged. However, since it can be easily removed by peeling the coating from the surface of the decorative frame, the effort of cleaning can be saved, which should make it very convenient.
However, when the coating is peeled off, it is difficult to do so, which confuses the user, slows down the work, and also causes problems in that dirt cannot be removed cleanly.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the object thereof is to provide a ventilation fan that can easily and skillfully peel off a coating from the surface of a decorative frame, and that can also efficiently and cleanly remove dirt. is to provide.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. First, in FIG.
is an outer frame, 2 is a motor mounting leg installed vertically inside the outer frame 1, a motor 3 is attached to this mounting leg 2, and a ventilation blade 4 is attached to the rotating shaft (not shown) of the motor 3. . Therefore, the ventilation vanes 4 are rotationally driven by the motor 3, and the rotation thereof causes forced ventilation from the indoor side in front of the outer frame 1 to the rear outdoor side for ventilation. still,
Reference numeral 5 denotes a shutter pivotally installed at the rear opening of the outer frame 1 to open and close it. On the other hand, 6 is a decorative frame made of synthetic resin, for example, which is removably attached to the front opening of the outer frame 1, and has a bell mouth 7 which is an intake port that also serves as an oil dust receptacle. It surrounds the ventilation blade 4. Reference numeral 8 denotes a linear portion formed on the surface of the decorative frame 6, particularly on the surface of each corner of the outer circumferential wall 6a shown in FIG. is formed into a sharp point by a projection 9 shown in FIG. 3 with a pointed top. Further, two cut grooves 10 extending forward from the rear edge are formed in the intermediate portion between each corner of the outer circumferential wall 6a so as to be close to each other by about a finger width. Furthermore, approximately at the center of the lower front surface of the decorative frame 6, there is an oil sump storage portion 11 that is concave from the front surface of the decorative frame 6 and also concave from the bell mouth 7 portion.
The surrounding surface of this oil sump storage part 11 is also provided with a linear part 13 having the sharp top of the protrusion 12 shown in FIG. is formed. Reference numeral 14 denotes a coating that covers the entire surface of the decorative frame 6 except for the back surface, and is made of, for example, vinyl chloride-based synthetic resin, and is diluted to a concentration suitable for each by an appropriate coating forming means such as spraying or dipping. It is releasably attached to the surface of the decorative frame 6. Now, as a result, the coating 14 is stretched over the entire surface of the decorative frame 6 without loosening, and the surface of the cut groove 10 is also narrow, for example, 0.2 to 0.3 [mm]. It is stretched without loosening and exhibits a substantially uniform thickness over the entire surface, however, in the case of the surface of each corner of the outer circumferential wall 6a and the peripheral surface of the oil sump storage part 11, it is formed here respectively. Due to the aforementioned striated portions 8 and 13, the wall thickness is reduced from the back side as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, so that it exhibits a drawn-like thin state that matches the striated portions 8 and 13. . In addition, 15 in FIG. 2 is a hole formed on both sides of the inner part of the above-mentioned oil sump storage part 11, and on the other hand, the above-mentioned coating is formed on both sides of the oil sump 16 stored in the oil sump storage part 11. A protrusion 17 is formed which engages with the hole 15 via a protrusion 14, and these protrusions 17 are used to hold the oil reservoir 16 in a fixed position and at the same time serve as an auxiliary hold on the coating 14. Moreover, the oil sump 16 installed as described above is
When the oil dust adhering to the coating 14 instead of the surface of the decorative frame 6 flows down the coating 14, it catches this oil dust and prevents it from dripping downward, and it is occasionally removed to remove the accumulated oil dust. will be rejected.

Next, to describe the function of folding to peel off the coating 14 covering the surface of the decorative frame 6 as described above, in this folding, first, the decorative frame 6 is removed from the outer frame 1, and then the decorative frame 6 is cut. Press the area between the grooves 10 with your fingertips as shown by the arrows in FIG. Partial coating 1
Peel off 4. Then, the peeled part eventually reaches the corner part of the outer peripheral wall 6a of the decorative frame 6, where the coating 14 in this part is thinned in a line shape by the sharp linear part 8, so that it stretches. It was cut along the thin line with no room to spare. Thereafter, the coating 14 is peeled off from the other cut grooves 10 in the same manner, and when it reaches the corner of the outer peripheral wall 6a, it is also separated along the thin line formed by the filament 8 there. In this way, the outer periphery of the coating 14 is developed as shown in FIG.
Then, the remaining front portion of the coating 14 is peeled off using the unfolded portion. Incidentally, at this time, the coating 14
At the front part of the oil sump housing part 11, this is peeled off from the same thin line as described above due to the striated portion 13 existing on the peripheral surface of the oil sump housing part 11, leaving behind the inner surface of the oil sump housing part 11, and therefore the oil is removed. In other words, it is possible to avoid the inefficiency of laboriously peeling off the coating 14 on the part of the decorative frame 6 that has an extremely complicated shape, so-called complex-shaped parts. This also eliminates the inconvenience of having to remove the reservoir 16 one by one. In addition, among the above-mentioned complex-shaped parts, especially the oil sump storage part 11, the oil sump 16 is usually attached, and the coating 14 of the part is
Since this prevents stains, there is no need to remove it frequently. However, if the stains that have been present for a long time are noticeable, it may be necessary to remove it for the first time. Then, on the surface of the decorative frame 6 from which the coating 14 has been peeled off and dirt has been removed, the coating 14 is again applied in the same manner as described above, and the frame 6 is reused.

Here, FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 respectively show different embodiments of the present invention, and FIG. 7 shows a groove 18 in place of the above-mentioned protrusions 9 and 12, with sharp linear portions on both sides. 19 and 19 are formed, and FIG. 8 similarly shows a structure in which, instead of the projections 9 and 12 mentioned above, sharp striated portions 20 are formed due to the sharpness of the corners themselves. Even if this change is made, the same effects as described above can be obtained.

In addition, although not specifically illustrated, each of the above-mentioned linear parts 8,
13, 19, and 20 may be formed on a flat surface between each corner of the outer circumferential wall 6a of the decorative frame 6 or on a flat front surface. By forming this, the coating 14 can be peeled off easily and skillfully in the same way as described above.

As explained above, the present invention provides a ventilation fan in which ventilation blades that rotate to force ventilation between indoors and outdoors are surrounded by a decorative frame, and the surface of the decorative frame is covered with a peelable film. The decorative frame is characterized in that a sharp striated portion is formed on the surface of the decorative frame to thin the film from the back side in a line-like manner, thereby allowing the film to be separated one by one in a very skillful and easy manner. It is possible to provide a ventilation fan that can be peeled off and has excellent effects in that dirt such as oil dust can be efficiently and neatly removed from the surface of a decorative frame.
