There is a problem in that so-called oil dust, such as dust contained in deep air or smoke, adheres to the air and contaminates it, and cleaning it becomes a great hassle.

。Therefore, in recent years, it has been considered to cover the surface of the decorative frame with a removable paint film made of, for example, synthetic resin.
According to this, the surface of the decorative frame is not soiled only by the coating, and the stain can be easily removed by peeling off the coating from the surface of the decorative frame.
This can save the trouble of cleaning and be very convenient in that respect, but when the film is peeled off, it is difficult to do so, which confuses the user, slows down the work, and causes dirt and grime. There was also a problem that it could not be removed cleanly.

Therefore, the object is to provide a ventilation fan that can remove the coating easily and reliably, and can also remove dirt more efficiently and neatly.

First, in FIG. 1, 1 is an outer frame, 2 is a motor mounting leg installed vertically inside the outer frame 1, and A motor 3 is attached to the mounting leg 2, and a ventilation blade 4 is attached to the rotating shaft (not shown) of the motor 3.

This is a switch mechanism attached to the lower side of the front opening of the outer frame 1 to control power supply and disconnection to the motor 3.

The ventilation blades 4 are surrounded by the ventilation blades 4.

These are radially extending convex stripes, and more specifically, they are sharply formed higher than the surface of the decorative frame 8, as shown in FIG. 3, one of which is representatively shown.

The paint is sprayed from the spray can 13 onto the surface of the decorative frame 8, and the surface of the decorative frame 8 is coated in a removable manner.

The above-mentioned spraying after wrapping is sometimes carried out by hooking the decorative frame 8 on the cut-and-raised piece 16 formed by the notch 15 and holding the decorative frame 8 against the larger packaging lid box or other appropriate member 14. This prevents excess coating paint from scattering to keep floors, walls, etc. clean, and allows the coating paint inside to be used effectively to the end without leaving the spray can 13 lying.

In this case, the convex portion 10 is sharp, so that the thickness is thinned in a line shape from the back side, and conversely, in the area corresponding to the concave portion 11, a bead is formed on the entire back side where the concave portion 11 is filled. It is thickened in a shape.

When the coating 12 is peeled off from the position between the protruding stripes 10 and 10 on the inner peripheral end portion, the peeled part quickly becomes the protruding strip 1.
At this point, the coating 12 in this area is thinned in a line shape as described above, so there is no room for stretching and it is cut off along the thin line.

Therefore, the coating 12 can be peeled off more reliably and cleanly by aligning only the above-mentioned convex stripes 10 without changing the part to be cut on the way. Therefore, the coating 12 can be removed even in pieces. Not only does it leave no residue, it also cleans even more cleanly without leaving any dirt behind, and of course it removes the remaining film 12.
It also frees you from the trouble of having to remove the remaining dirt one by one.

Therefore, the protruding stripes 10 and the concave stripes 11 may be formed not only on the surface of the decorative frame 8 but also on the surface of the ventilation blade 4 where dirt is likely to adhere.

得るものである。As explained above, the present invention has a ventilation vane that rotates to force ventilation between indoors and outdoors, and a decorative frame that surrounds this ventilation vane. In a ventilation fan in which areas where dirt easily adheres are covered with a removable paint film, sharp protrusions are formed in the areas where dirt easily adheres to thin the coating from the back side, and the protrusions are It is characterized by forming grooves that thicken the coating adjacent to the parts, and this allows the coating to be removed easily and reliably, thereby further reducing dirt. It is possible to provide a ventilation fan that is not only capable of removing dust efficiently and cleanly, but also suitable for practical use.
