However, such core-spun yarns require many inefficient manufacturing processes and are high in cost because they are covered using yarn that has been spun once. Furthermore, since the yarn itself already has great elasticity at the time of manufacture, it also has the disadvantage that it is difficult to control the tension during processing steps such as weaving.

It is characterized by containing thread.

The fiber bundle constituted by the staple fiber 1 surrounding the crimped filament yarn 2 is substantially untwisted and bundled. In the present invention, the term "bundling in a state where the single fibers are not constrained" refers to a state in which the single fibers are only morphologically organized to some extent and each single fiber is hardly constrained. Specifically, the fibers may partially have binding portions made of wrapped fibers, or may partially have intertwined portions, or may simply be made cohesive by temporary twisting or a rubbing device. Therefore, the single yarns constituting the composite spun yarn of the present invention do not form a complete yarn by themselves,
It is in a state that it cannot be used as a single yarn in subsequent processes.

Due to this top twist, the staple fibers of one single yarn press against the staple fibers of the other single yarn, so that the staple fibers are restrained within the twist yarn, and a complete thread is formed for the first time. In addition, the number of twists needs to be low as described below, because the twists that enter the staple fibers and crimped filaments in the twisted yarn state are low, and the staple fibers in the single yarn state are hardly restrained. , the elasticity of crimped filaments can be utilized in composite spun yarns.

The filament is also twisted, making it impossible to obtain sufficient elasticity and soft texture. The preferred range of the number of twists is k = 25 to 45 in terms of the twist coefficient of the twist thread,
The number of twists may be half or less than that used in ordinary spun yarns.

Therefore, even if the obtained state is subjected to processes such as rewinding and weaving, it can be processed under the same conditions as ordinary spun yarn.

A very soft and highly elastic yarn is obtained in which the filament 4 is swollen on the outside of the yarn and the crimped filament 4 is located in the core. Therefore, if a woven fabric is manufactured using the composite spun yarn of the present invention, the woven fabric will shrink by steam treatment in the finishing process, and a woven fabric with elasticity can be obtained.

It is most preferable that the filaments 6 are completely surrounded and the crimped filaments are not exposed on the surface, but the crimped filaments may be adjacent to each other and exposed on the surface as shown in B.

Any item can be used, whether or not it has a real twist. Further, the staple fibers are not particularly limited and may be synthetic fibers, chemical fibers, natural fibers, or blends thereof.

The crimped filament 11 is drafted by the crimped filament 11 from the roller 10, and is supplied to the converging device 12 together with the crimped filament 11 supplied from the roller 10. This convergence device may be any device that brings the drafted staple fibers together to a certain extent with almost no restriction of each single fiber, and for example, a temporary twisting device, an air entangling device, or the like may be used. The fiber bundle bundled by such a bundler is taken up by a delivery roller 13, and then doubled and wound up.

As shown in FIG. 4, the yarn may be produced either by winding a doubled fiber bundle around a cheese and then directly winding it into yarn, or by combining the fibers and then continuously winding them into yarn.

Using a blend of 20% 3d x 89mm and 80% wool #64, and using woolly polyester processed yarn 75d-24f as the crimped filament, we used a device whose basic configuration is shown in Figure 4 to produce 1/48Nm. I spun it out, pulled the two yarns together, and wound them up. An air twisting device was used as the focusing device. The staple fibers of the wound yarn are located so that they surround the woolly processed yarn, and there are some binding parts, but the staple fibers are hardly restrained and move easily. It was damp.

The upper twist of mS was added and the thread was wound back around the cheese. The obtained yarn had process passability similar to that of ordinary spun yarn, and there was no concern about the occurrence of wrinkle kineps. When this yarn was steam-set with a skein, the yarn had a high stretch rate of 29.7% and had high bulk.
