Conventionally, the structure of a water tank is as shown in FIG. 1, in which a tank side plate 1 is erected around a tank bottom plate 2 placed on a foundation 3, and a tank roof plate 4 reinforced with frame members 6 is placed on the top of the side plate. At the same time, a column 5 is provided between the bottom plate and the roof plate inside the tank. As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of reinforcing frame members 6 are arranged radially from the center of the roof. The framework material is a trough assembly using channel steel 6a as shown in FIG. 3, H-shaped steel 6b as shown in FIG. 4, or shaped steel 6c as shown in FIGS. Both are constructed with reinforcing ribs made of shaped steel 6d, but both have the following drawbacks.
In other words, there are many areas that are prone to rust later on even if a careful coating is applied, such as the corners and ends of shaped steel, gusset plates, and bolts, and the contact surfaces between gusset plates and shaped steel, as well as trough assembly structures. In this case, there will always be places where surface treatment, painting, etc., cannot be carried out, such as between the steel molds, as shown by the symbol P in Fig. 5a, and there will also be areas where surface treatment, painting, etc., can be difficult due to unevenness. , the construction period will be longer due to the increased painting area. Furthermore, since single materials are assembled and welded on-site to attach the frame materials and stretch the roof sheets, the construction period becomes longer, and welding workability is extremely low due to on-site welding, and the frame materials are gusseted. It has been said that it is difficult to integrate the frame materials and roof sheets into an integrated panel due to the poor mounting accuracy of the roof sheets.

The present invention was made in view of the current situation, and consists of forming a fan-shaped panel board by using closed cross-section members made of steel pipes or shaped steel as beams and stretching steel plates between the beams. The object of the present invention is to obtain a structure of a water tank roof that eliminates the drawbacks of the prior art by separately installing the panels at the water tank roof position and then stretching steel plates between the panel plates.

Next, to explain embodiments of the present invention, an example of a frame material that is most convenient for use in the present invention will be given. As shown in FIG. It is something to be stretched,
In place of the steel pipe described above, a square steel pipe 6 shown in FIG. 8a is used.
2 may be used, and the roof plate 4 to be stretched may be placed on the top surface of the steel pipe 62 as a frame material as shown in FIG. 8a, between the sides as shown in FIG. 8b, or on the bottom surface as shown in FIG. 8c. It's okay. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, a closed cross-section member 63 is constructed by butting angle irons, a closed cross-section member 64 is constructed by butting channel steels as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, a box-shaped cross-section member 65 may be constructed by bending a square steel pipe or a plate, or a closed-section member 66 or 67 or a closed section member 68 made of lightweight section steel with a C-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 14, similar effects can be obtained. The above-mentioned framework materials 61 to 6
As shown in Fig. 15, a pair of frames 8 are placed on an appropriate surface plate in the factory while maintaining the planned radial arrangement angle of the frame members, and a roof plate 4 is stretched between the frame members to form a panel. The necessary number of panels 8 are manufactured, and these panel boards 8 are placed on top of the top reinforcing beam 7 and the top of the support column 5 of the tank side plate 1, which has been assembled as shown in FIG. 16, as shown in FIG. 17. Place them at intervals every other sheet. At this time, the frame material openings at both ends of the panel board are closed with closing lids 9 as shown in FIG. 18. As shown in Fig. 18, since both the frame members and the roof plate are convex, they can be easily installed on the pillars and reinforcing beams, and the joints are made by aligning the ends of the frame members with either side. As shown in FIG. 19, the cover plate 10 is joined by fillet welding to the area where the gap has occurred, and the panel plate 8 is
The plate portions of are similarly welded to the reinforcing beams and columns. Next, a roof plate 4 is stretched between each panel plate and joined by fillet welding, but in order to stretch the roof plate on the side of the frame material of the panel plate, it is necessary to back the aggregate in advance, Alternatively, the construction can be easily carried out by attaching the receiving piece 11 shown in FIG. 20. Furthermore, in the case of a large water tank, as shown in FIGS. 21 and 22, the number of columns 5 is increased, an annular closed section beam 12 is fixed to the top of the column, and the panel plate 8 is installed.
If the panel plate needs to be composed of a plurality of plates such as inner and outer plates, each joint part shall be connected by the joint cover plate 13, and in this way, all the support beams of the frame member 61 have a closed cross section. Because of this, the finish of the ceremony is beautiful. next,
The closed section beam 12 of the panel board 8 according to the present invention
23a, 23b to show another example of the engagement state with
If the lower half of the frame member 61 is cut diagonally and closed with the end plate 14, as shown in FIG. 223c, the joint will fit better.
Even if the outer panel plate and the inner panel plate are connected with steps provided inside and outside the annular closed section beam 12, it is also possible to arrange the top reinforcing beam 7 on the outside of the side plate 1 as shown in FIG. In some water tanks, a bent portion 15 may be provided on the outside of the panel plate 8. Fig. 26 shows an example of the connection of a panel plate 8 with a roof plate 4 stretched on the upper surface of a frame member 61, and Fig. 27 shows an example of how the panel plate 8 with a roof plate 4 stretched on the lower surface of the frame member 61 is connected to each support beam. FIG. 28 shows the state of engagement with the panel plate in the case where the top reinforcing beam 7 is made of angle iron.

As described above, according to the present invention, a panel board is manufactured in a factory by arranging closed cross-section members made of steel pipes or shaped steel on both sides and a roof board is stretched between them, and then the side panels of the water tank are installed. The roof panels are placed on the pillars at intervals, and the roof panels are stretched between the frame members of adjacent panel panels, which reduces on-site work, improves work efficiency through factory manufacturing, and eliminates the need for factory painting. This makes it possible to shorten the painting period, greatly reducing the total construction period and man-hours.Also, since all the framework materials are constructed of closed sections, the construction and management of the painting work becomes easier, improving the quality of the product. At the same time, since we use a framework material with a closed cross section with no entrances and exits, we can expect a significant reduction in the painting area, and there are no difficult or unpaintable parts, which means that it will be easier to paint in the future. It has many practical benefits, such as less rusting and a simple and aesthetically pleasing structure.
