う問題がある。

基材の押付度に応じ前記クランプ個所の一部また
は全部が段階的に開放されるようにしたことを特
徴とするものである。

c,5cが開放されると、下型1の上昇が停止す
るとともに上型3が降下して該上型3と下型1間

部分が極端に延伸されて肉薄化したりしぼが流れ
たりすることがなくなるので、全周縁を最後まで
クランプした状態で本発明と同様な仕上りを得よ
うとすると表皮材の周縁に充分な伸びが期待でき
る余裕部分を多く残しておかなければならなかつ
たのに対し余裕部分は殆んど不要となるので、表
皮材を有効利用できるうえに装置を小型化できる
等種々の利点がある。なお、前記実施例では段階
的にクランプが開放されるクランプ爪をランプ装
置の一辺のみに設けてあるが、二辺または三辺或
いは全部のクランプ爪が段階的に解放されるよう
にしてもよい。
