In the dyeing industry, it is customary to perform sample dyeing before performing large-scale dyeing. The process of mixing the three primary colors of red, blue, and yellow and white as adjustment colors to form a color sample for this sample dyeing is generally called "color matching." Traditional color matching work consists of red,
From each beaker containing monochromatic liquid dyes of blue, yellow, and white, an amount of dye according to a predetermined recipe was measured using a pipette that was aspirated by mouth.
This was done entirely by hand by transferring the mixture to a beaker. According to this conventional color matching method, the ingredients are measured by eye, so it is difficult to confirm whether the weighed ingredients match the prescription, and the color matching of the same color after a while is not possible. There are drawbacks such as difficulty in making samples. Also,
In order to complete the work in a short time, it is necessary for experienced and skilled workers to work quickly and with their intuition.
Color matching can be done more than 700 times a day, and the amount of effort and time spent on it is enormous.

In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional blending method as described above, the present invention introduces the materials to be blended from tanks storing them by type to metered supply pumps arranged by type and range, respectively.
A prescription card containing the ingredients to be mixed by type and range is inserted into an automatic measuring device, and the metering pump is operated from a large capacity range to a small capacity range based on a command from the automatic measuring device. The operations are performed in the same order, and the same operations are performed in the order of the types written, and the materials discharged from each metering pump are stored in a mixing container placed on the measuring section of the automatic measuring device, and the measured value is The automatic weighing device compares the measured value for each range with the set value written on the card, and if the measured value for each range is within the allowable error range, the metering pump is operated based on the next range. The present invention provides an automatic weighing method for mixed materials, in which a plurality of types of materials having a desired blending ratio and total weight are stored in the blending container by automatically continuing the feeding operation.

First, turn on the power switch 8, insert the prescription card C, and turn on the start switch 9. The command for one operation of the large range 20 written in red on the prescription card C is input to the large range pump 3ar of the quantitative supply pump 3. , the same pump 3ar operates once, and the tank 1r
A predetermined amount of liquid dye led from the outlet pipe 2r is discharged into the mixing container 5 of the measuring section E1 via the discharge pipe 4. The display unit E 2 , which is electrically connected to the weighing unit E 1 , compares the above weight with the weight entered on the card, and if the comparison value is less than the sub-setting value, it automatically selects the next highest weight. The operation of the range 5 is commanded, and the medium range pump 3br of the quantitative supply pump 3 is operated continuously for the number of times entered in the same column, and a predetermined amount of liquid dye is discharged into the mixing container 5. Then, as in the case of the large range 20, if the weight is less than the sub-setting value of the medium range, an operation command is issued based on the next small range 1, and in the same way, the small range pump 3
Activate cr, and then do the same with minimal range pump 3.
After operating the same pump 3DR until the weighed value reaches the total set value of the four ranges mentioned above, the next type is operated in the same order, which is automatically repeated.

According to the present invention, which performs weighing in the manner described above, it is possible to automatically measure the compounded materials, and the error thereof can be suppressed to less than the unit capacity of an extremely small range.
In addition, since automatic weighing is used, it is much less tiring than traditional manual methods, and compounding work can be continued for long periods of time. Also, even if one prescription card is used repeatedly, the prescribed compounding can always be made, and even if the same prescription card is used repeatedly, It has the advantage that it can be used for a large amount of color matching cards. Similar effects can also be obtained when powder or granular material is blended.
