Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電磁器基板の厚み方向の両面に駆動電極
    を有して厚み方向の振動を利用する圧電フイルタ
    において、前記駆動電極に接続される引出電極を
    、少なくとも前記圧電磁器基板の両面側で、互い
    に不平行となるように形成したことを特徴とする
    圧電フイルタ。 (2) 前記引出電極は前記圧電磁器基板の同一面
    側でも不平行となるように形成したことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の圧電
    フイルタ。
