    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水晶振動子、前記水晶振動子を入出力間に接続したＣ−
    ＭＯＳインバータ、前記Ｃ−ＭＯＳインバータの入出力
    間に接続された帰還抵抗、前記Ｃ一ＭＯＳインパータの
    ゲート端子と前記水晶振動子の一方の端子との接続点に
    接続された入力容量、前記水晶振動子の他方の端子に接
    続された出力容量よりなる水晶発振回路において、前記
    Ｃ一ＭＯＳインバータのコンダクタンス係数βは０．８
    ×１０−４Ａ／Ｖ２以下であり、かつ前記出力容量は１
    ０ＰＦ以下であることを特徴とする水晶発振回路。
