Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the size of the coil and to improve the performance by providing a molded base where a core arranged in the height direction of one collar of a drum type core wound with the coil is placed on one collar, and insulating a coil part exposed from the base with a heat-shrinkable tube. CONSTITUTION:The drum type core 4 which has collars 4a and 4b at both ends is wound with the coil 5 and one collar 4b is fitted fixedly to the molded base 7 with terminal pins 6a and 6b. Further, the molded base 7 is sheathed with the heat-shrinkable tube 8 from the collar 4a up to the intermediate part so as to insulate the coil 5, and lead lines of the coil 5 are wired to the terminals 6a and 6b. Then, the core is fitted to a powder magnetic body supply device 10 to detect the remaining amount of the powder magnetic body 11 from inductance deviation, and even if the remaining amount of the magnetic body 11 decreases, it slides down because of the drum type and the detection is performed securely. Consequently, the size is reduced and the high-sensitivity detection performance is obtained.

Conventional configuration and its problems To detect the remaining amount of powdered magnetic material such as toner for copying machines, a thin film is generally installed inside the powdered magnetic material supply device, the weight of the powdered magnetic material is measured, and the detection is performed using a microswitch. how to do it,
Those that utilize stirring blades and the torque change of the stirring blades,
There is a method that uses an ultrasonic oscillation element to detect changes in the state of ultrasonic waves, and a method that uses a coil to detect changes in the resonance frequency. This coil has a hole in the middle as shown in Figure 1. In this method, a coil 3 is wound around the outer periphery of a molded product 2 with a hole 1, and the change in inductance when a powdery magnetic material passes through this hole 1 is detected. This structure had the disadvantage that the hole 1 had to be made large to prevent the powdery magnetic material from getting stuck, resulting in a large shape.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a drum-shaped core around which a coil is wound, and a molding table on one of the flanges of the drum-shaped core, on which the drum-shaped core is placed, which is arranged in the height direction of the core. The structure is as follows. With this configuration, powder,
When the powdered magnetic material covers the drum-shaped core around which the coil is wound, it becomes a magnetically closed magnetic path, and when the powdery magnetic material becomes less than the coil part, it becomes an open magnetic path, and this inductance variation In order to further improve performance, the coil portion is exposed from the molding table and insulated with heat shrink tubing.

In the figure, 4 is a drum-shaped core having flanges 4a4b at both ends, and a coil 6 is wound around this drum-shaped core 4.
It is attached by fixing one collar 4b side to a molding table 7 having terminal pins 6a and 6b. 8 is a heat-shrinkable tube that covers a portion from the collar 4a of the drum-shaped core 4 to the middle of the molding table 7 in order to insulate the coil 5. The lead wires of the coil 5 are passed through two holes provided in the molding table 7, respectively, and wired to terminal pins 6a and 6b. Further, 9 is an attachment hole for attaching the main body to a container or the like.

When the powdered magnetic material 11 is incorporated in this way and covers the drum-shaped core 4 around which the coil 6 is wound, it forms a magnetically closed magnetic circuit as shown in FIG. When the powdery magnetic material 11 becomes smaller than the drum-shaped core 4 around which the coil 6 is wound, an open magnetic path is formed as shown in FIG. 5, and by detecting this inductance variation, the powdery magnetic material 11 remaining amount can be detected.
