(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to improvements in inner stoppers used in various containers. (Prior art) Liquid products such as agricultural chemicals and industrial chemicals are generally stored in bottle-shaped containers made of glass or plastic. This improves sealing performance. Conventionally, most of these inner plugs have been made of molded products of low-density polyethylene or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and this is because such materials have excellent properties such as appropriate flexibility for inner plugs. This is because it has. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when this inner stopper is used for certain of the above-mentioned agricultural chemicals or industrial chemicals, problems such as a reduction in the content of the liquid cannot be avoided. In extreme cases, if the bottle body is made of glass, the liquid content is petroleum benzene, a polyethylene inner stopper is applied, an outer lid is placed on the bottle, and the bottle is left at room temperature for 12 months, the weight loss of the liquid content is 2.0%. In some cases, the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is dissolved by the solvent. Regarding such solvent resistance, there are many cases in which various combinations of resin layers have been investigated for the plastic container body (for example, JP-A-54-4679;
54-4681, etc.). However, no such technical studies were conducted regarding the inner stopper, and there were unresolved problems regarding the above-mentioned content reduction, etc. The inventors have conducted extensive research to solve the problem of reducing the amount of pesticides and other chemicals.
It was discovered by chance that an inner plug made of a mixture of saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and nylon was surprisingly effective, leading to the present invention. (Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention provides a container for use in which the main resin composition is a mixture of 70 to 30% by weight of saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and 30 to 70% by weight of nylon. It is a middle stopper. The saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer used in this invention preferably has an ethylene content of 20 to 80% and a degree of saponification of 90% or more, and the amounts thereof are 30 to 70%.
The reason why it is limited to % by weight is that below the lower limit, the above-mentioned effect of preventing weight loss is hindered, and above the upper limit, flexibility is lost. Nylon 6, nylon 66, etc. are appropriately used as the nylon, and the reason why this amount is limited to 70 to 30% by weight is that appropriate flexibility can be imparted to the saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer by this quantitative ratio. be. In the present invention, there is no problem in adding appropriate amounts of other additives to the composition as long as the properties of the inner stopper are not impaired. Further, there are no particular limitations on the shape and structure of the inner plug, and furthermore, the molding method may be carried out by a commonly used method. (Function) The use of saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer in this invention significantly prevents weight loss due to the dissipation of the above-mentioned drug due to its high gas barrier properties, and the use of nylon makes it flexible. It is assumed that the above-mentioned problem can be solved after all, since it is given suitability as an inner stopper. (Example) The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to Examples. Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 An inner stopper with a U-shaped cross section as shown in the drawing was obtained using the compositions shown in the table below, one glass bottle containing one bottle of xylene was fitted into each bottle, and a commonly used outer lid was placed on top. The weight loss of the liquid content after being left for 12 months (at room temperature) was measured, and the results are shown in the same table.

[Table] According to the results shown in the above table, it is clear that the present invention can significantly reduce the amount of liquid content. (Effects of the Invention) In this invention, by molding the inner stopper from a mixture of saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and nylon, the weight of the contents can be significantly reduced compared to conventional products, as is clear from the above examples. It can be produced in small quantities and its industrial value is extremely large.
