大させている。 Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention incorporated into a hot water boiler will be explained. 1 is an outer casing of the boiler, 2 is a can provided inside this outer casing 1, and has a water supply port at the bottom. 3, and a hot water supply port 4 is provided at the top. Openings 5 and 5' are provided in the lower circumferential wall of the can body 2 at opposing positions. Reference numeral 6 denotes a combustion cylinder which penetrates through the openings 5 and 5' and is fixed in the lower part of the can body 2 in the lateral direction, and both ends thereof have openings 7 and 7' at positions protruding outward from the can wall. . The combustion tube 6 is set in an inclined state so that the opening 7' side is slightly lower. Reference numeral 8 denotes a burner disposed within the opening 7 at one end of the combustion tube 6. In this embodiment, a burner is used that centrifugally atomizes liquid fuel and then vaporizes it for combustion, and has a built-in fan (not shown). There is. Reference numeral 9 denotes a cover plate that fixes the burner 8 and closes the opening 7 of the combustion tube 6. The cover plate 9 is fitted onto the rear part of the burner 8 and fixed with screws, and its outer periphery is attached to the opening edge flange 6a of the combustion tube 6 with screws. It is fixed in place. Reference numeral 10 denotes a donut-shaped partition plate incorporated into the combustion tube 6 at the front of the burner 8;
is formed to have approximately the same diameter as the inner diameter of the combustion tube 6 to divide the inside of the combustion tube 6 into a combustion chamber 11 and a burner installation chamber 12, and the front part of the burner 8 is fixed to the periphery of the central opening to support the burner. I try to make it work as a body as well. Reference numeral 13 denotes a baffle unit installed in the combustion chamber 11 of the combustion tube 6, which includes a plurality of buffle plates 14, 14 so that the combustion gas flows in the direction shown by arrow a.
are integrally connected by a shaft 15, and each of the buttful plates 14, 14 is connected to a combustion tube 6.
It is disposed in close contact with the inner wall surface of the housing, and is provided with a stepped opening 16 as shown in FIG. This stepped opening 16 is formed in the lower part of the vertically disposed baffle plate 14. 1
7 is a catalyst body for purifying combustion gas that is fitted into the stepped opening 16 of the buff-full plate 14 with a slight gap, and has a large number of ventilation holes 18;
A fixing fitting 20 is fixed to the peripheral edge of the stepped opening 16 of the buff-full plate 14 with screws 19, so that a slight gap is left between the stepped opening 16 and the outer edge of the catalyst body 17, and the stepped opening is opened. 16. In addition, among the full plates 14, 14..., those located near the burner 8 are always exposed to high-temperature combustion gas, so they are made of heat-resistant material and processed with multiple strings on the flat plate to increase heat-resistant strength. is increasing.

いつたこともなくなる利点がある。 In the above configuration, the buffle plate 14 of the buffle unit 13 incorporated in this combustion apparatus functions as a holding member for the catalyst body 17, and no special catalyst body holding member is required. In addition, since this baffle plate 14 is in close contact with the inner surface of the combustion tube 6, most of the combustion gas is bent and flows by the buffle plate 14, and heat is exchanged over the entire surface of the combustion tube 6.
Since most of the combustion gas comes into contact with the catalyst body 17 and passes through, high purification efficiency can be obtained. In addition, since the catalyst body 17 is attached to the baffle plate 14 with a slight gap, expansion and contraction of the catalyst body 17 caused by turning on and off combustion is absorbed and damage is prevented. In addition, since the catalyst body 17 is installed floating from the inner surface of the lower part of the combustion tube 6, it does not come into contact with the condensed water that has accumulated on the inner surface of the lower part of the combustion tube 6, and there is no damage due to internal strain, etc., so it can be used for a long time. It can be operated in a stable state for a period of time.
In addition, in the baffle unit 13 of this embodiment, both ends of the shaft rod 15 are set to protrude in both left and right directions, and the tip thereof is set to contact the front part of the burner 8 and the plate body 21. The burner unit 13 can be fixedly held without using any special fixing means, and when the burner 8 is removed, the shaft rod 15 acts as a handle, making it easy to remove. Another advantage is that the medium 17 can be easily inspected and replaced in case of damage. Further, as shown in the figure, each of the full plates 14,
14...The lower end of the combustion tube 6 is cut out to form a small gap 24 between the inner bottom of the combustion tube 6 and the combustion tube 6.
Even if condensation water accumulates on the inner bottom of the
4, 14... will no longer come into contact with condensed water, and as a result, there will be no possibility of corrosion of the buttful plates 14, 14..., and water will flow along the slope of the combustion tube 6 toward the drain pipe 23. The flow of the condensed water that is about to occur becomes smooth, and there is an advantage that there is no possibility of condensation water flowing back to the burner 8 side and damaging it.

業が容易に行なえるものである。 As described above, according to the present invention, the catalyst body for purifying combustion gas is attached to the mounting portion provided on at least one of the plurality of baffle plates, and the plurality of buffle plates are brought into close contact with the inner surface of the combustion tube. Therefore, most of the combustion gas can pass through this catalyst body,
As a result, the purifying action can be carried out effectively, and the catalyst body is floated from the inner surface of the lower part of the combustion tube while leaving a slight gap between it and the outer edge of the catalyst body by means of a plurality of fixing fittings. A small gap is formed between the lower end of the buttful plate and the lower inner surface of the combustion tube to allow condensed water to flow, so the catalyst body will not be soaked in condensed water. , the entire catalyst body is heated uniformly, and
There is no damage due to internal strain, and the service life is extended.Moreover, the Batsuful unit has shaft rods on both sides for fixed holding that contact the burner and exhaust port, so when the burner is removed, the shaft can be removed. The rod acts as a handle that allows the catalyst body and buffling unit to be taken out as a single unit, making it easy to inspect the inside of the combustion cylinder, the buffle unit, and the catalyst body, and to easily replace it in the event of damage. .
