この発明はセメント混和材等の材料を押出成型
し、その表面に深いエンボス模様を形成するため
のセメント板等のエンボス成型装置に関するもの

した把手部14を装設すると共に、該把手部14
の操作により該エンボスロール3を上下移動せし
める昇降枠16,16を装設せしめてある。符号

数個の送りローラー17,17で流動するように
なつている。第4図に示すものは、所定寸法に切
断されたセメント板18であつて、凸模様19,
19……と凹模様20,20……とを交互に形成

は、押出されると同時にエンボスロールの凹部に
順次侵入充填されるため、充填が確実強固となる
と共にエンボス模様の境界線が大変に美麗となる
