Tube containers for water sweets, etc. were made by the Special Publication Act 56-482.
As seen in No. 88 or Special Publication No. 39-9082, etc., it is manufactured using a plastic blow molding machine or a rotary molding machine, and as it is being continuously sent out, it is sequentially separated and put into a product storage ship. The method is to count the number of times the mold of the blow molding machine operates, the number of rotations of the rotor, etc., and notify a certain number of numbers to a person standing in the storage area using a warning means such as a buzzer. It is carried out by

By the way, in the conventional method that I own, there is a separation means and a means for collecting the unformed parison between the molding machine and the product storage area, so the overall conveyor belt is long. Therefore, there are a large number of molded products on the conveyor belt, and these are introduced at any time due to the time delay when replacing the dragon, resulting in relatively large errors. In addition, because the baskets are replaced manually, the work performance is poor.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a conveyor belt for a tube container conveyed from a planar molding machine (not shown); 2 a caterpillar provided so as to rotate by a fixed length in a direction perpendicular to the conveyor belt at the tip position of the conveyor belt; It is a conveyor and is sent in the direction of arrow α・). At this time, the caterpillar conveyor 2 is provided with a hook P in the direction opposite to the traveling direction, so that the tube container 3 is hooked and transferred. Specifically, the tube container 3 sent from the transport bell l-1 is transported with the head m at the tip, and is initially sent into the hopper 4. The bottom surface of the hopper 4 is inclined toward the caterpillar conveyor 2 side, and as the head m collides with the front wall surface f inside the hopper 4 and descends, its leading edge rotates from below. It is stopped by the caterpillar conveyor 2 and sent out.

5 and 6 are guide plates provided on the front wall side and the rear wall side of the caterpillar conveyor 2, and each tube container 3
so that the head of the button is aligned in a fixed position. Specifically, since the tube containers 3 are stored while their heads m collide with the front wall surface f in the hopper, the heads of each tube container are aligned on the same line on the caterpillar conveyor 2. However, even if there are some unevenness and irregularities, it can be easily fixed by gradually increasing the distance between the front and rear guide plates 5 and 6 during the movement process. They can be aligned on the same line.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a take-out means using a chain conveyor, which is provided to rotate intermittently at a position below the caterpillar conveyor 2, and includes a bracket plate 13 on which a storage capacity 12 is mounted.
The tube container 3 rotates intermittently over a certain distance, and in one of the rotations, the tube container 3 transferred by the caterpillar conveyor 2 is stored in the basket 12 at the edge position at the end of the rotation.

In this embodiment, the chain conveyor 11 is provided with six bracket plates 13, each of which has a storage capacity 12 placed thereon. The intermittent rotation occurs again. In this case, the product is stored in the dragon 12 in section (a), but in section (b), the storage capacity is made to be placed on the bracket plate 18. To explain this example, in order to take out the basket 12, there is a sliding conveyor 1 equipped with a groove in the take-out direction of the rheme 12 in the section).
4, and a piston rod such as an air cylinder 15 is made to protrude from the back side of the stationary bracket plate 13 so that it is pushed onto the sliding conveyor 14. On the other hand, in order to supply a new empty space, a sliding conveyor 17 inclined at a certain angle is provided at the front position of the supply side in section (E), a large number of empty boxes are placed on the conveyor 17, and a large number of empty boxes are placed on the conveyor 17. When the bracket plate 13 stops due to the intermittent rotation of the slide conveyor 11, the stopper that temporarily locks the omnipot on the front side of the sliding conveyor 17 is removed, and the m

In addition, in the present invention, the number of tube containers 3 to be thrown into the dragon 12 is determined by a phototube detection device installed in the middle of the rotation of the caterpillar conveyor 2 (the closer to the end, the better). When the count reaches a certain number, the driving motor of the caterpillar conveyor 2 is turned off and the rotation is stopped. Next, in conjunction with this, one chain conveyor rotates intermittently to store the tube container. The basket moved to section (b)), and the basket moved to section (b)).
The space that was in the section) comes to a stop. Then, when the drive motor of the caterpillar conveyor 2 is turned on again, the conveyor 2 rotates and the feeding of the tube container 3 begins. The following steps are repeated in the same manner. In section (E), the baskets containing products slide on the sliding conveyor 14 and are taken out of the line, while in section (E), air capacity is supplied from the sliding conveyor 17. It becomes an automatic, continuous process.

In the above embodiment, the chain conveyor 11 is rotated intermittently in six sections, but the number can be changed as needed, and when taking out baskets, the section for supplying them can be replaced with the one in the illustrated example. However, it can be changed to other positions as appropriate.

According to the present invention, a caterpillar conveyor is provided separately, and the number of product cylinders is determined by a phototube detection device installed on the conveyor, so the error is as small as 2 to 3 pieces (actually, 1 to 2 more pieces are used). In addition, the tube containers are individually stopped by the caterpillar conveyor and counted with their heads securely aligned, resulting in extremely accurate counting. It should be noted that this greatly reduces manpower and contributes to labor saving and productivity improvement.

(1) A caterpillar conveyor is installed to rotate within a certain length range perpendicularly to the tip of the conveyor belt for tube containers sent from the plastic molding machine, and at the starting end of the rotation, the tube container is The hopper has a front wall surface that allows the heads to collide and align their tips. The bottom surface of the hopper is inclined downward toward the caterpillar conveyor. In addition to providing a hook flange to lock the container and installing a phototube detection device in the middle, a chain conveyor holding the basket is rotated intermittently at the end of rotation, and a constant count of the phototube detection device is used to rotate the chain conveyor intermittently. When the caterpillar conveyor stops, the chain conveyor rotates intermittently, and when the chain conveyor stops, the caterpillar conveyor rotates so that a certain number of tube containers are taken into the basket.
