DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a technique for preventing the adhesion of earth and sand when pulling out sheet piles when a pipe is laid by driving sheet piles into the ground.

(Prior art) In this type of pipe installation method, as shown in Fig. 1A, sheet piles 2, 2 are first deeply driven into the ground 1 along the direction of pipe installation, and the plate piles 2, 2 are driven between parallel rows of sheet piles. An excavation groove 11 is made as shown in FIG. Next, as shown in Figure C, embankment 4 is placed to stabilize the pipe 3 and the pipe 3 is installed, and then earth and sand 5 is placed as shown in Figure D.
Cover and backfill. The sheet piles 2, 2 are pulled out after this backfilling work is completed.

(Problems to be solved by the present invention) In this construction method, as mentioned above, the sheet piles 2, 2
is pulled out, but at this time, the excavated groove 1 of the sheet piles 2 and 2
Since the part of the pipe 1 that was driven below the bottom 11a is pulled up with soil still attached to it, a void remains at the site where the sheet piles were pulled out, and the bottom of the pipe 3 and the surrounding soil flow into this void, causing the pipe 3 to sink or become abnormal. There is a drawback that flattening occurs, and the above phenomenon is particularly noticeable when a sheet pile 2 having a wavy surface as shown in FIG. 2 is used because the earth and sand in the recess 21 is difficult to fall.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and includes a long and narrow earth and sand scraping board with its longitudinal side end attached to the base surface of the sheet pile. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pipe laying method that can prevent the flow of earth and sand around the pipe when sheet piles are pulled out, by backfilling the pipes and arranging them in the direction of the excavated trench. shall be.

In Fig. 3, reference numerals 6 and 6 are long and narrow earth and sand scraping plates, and as shown in Fig. 4, the side ends facing in the longitudinal direction are large enough to engage with the unevenness of the undulating surface in the width direction of the plate. It has a certain size, shape and pitch.
These earth and sand scraping plates 6, 6 are used during the above-mentioned operations 1 to 2, that is, before and after the embankment work [FIG. 1 C], as shown in FIG.
It is butt-fitted one-to-one into the recesses 21 of No. 2 and disposed on the excavation groove bottom 11a or the embankment 4. After this arrangement is completed, the backfilling work described above is performed.

In this configuration, since the earth and sand scraping plates 6, 6 are immovably pressed by the weight of the earth and sand 5 that has been backfilled, when the sheet piles 2, 2 are pulled out, the concave portion 21
The earth and sand that has entered the earth and sand are scraped off by the convex portions 61 of the earth and sand scraping plates 6, 6, and only the sheet piles 2, 2 are pulled out. The earth and sand scraping boards 6, 6 are buried as they are.

In the present invention, the sheet pile is not limited to the one having the wavy uneven surface as in the above embodiment, but may be a straight plate, for example. In this case, the side end of the earth and sand scraping board that touches the sheet pile is straight. It may be the side edge.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the pipe installation method of the present invention, long and narrow soil scraping plates are arranged along the direction of the excavation trench with their longitudinal side ends touching the base surface of the sheet pile. Since backfilling is performed afterward, the earth and sand scraping board is pressed by the backfilled earth and sand and becomes completely buried. For this reason, when the sheet pile is pulled out, the earth and sand attached to the sheet pile is scraped off by the side edges of the earth and sand scraping plates, and only the sheet pile is pulled out. As a result, it is possible to prevent the flow of earth and sand around the pipe when the sheet pile is pulled out, which occurs with conventional construction methods.
