Therefore, it is easy to raise the temperature, but it takes a long time to lower it.

The aforementioned thawing machine that uses water and a heater requires a long time to return the heated water to a low temperature, so it is extremely difficult to store it after thawing. Moreover, during thawing, steam condenses on the surface of the food to be thawed, turning the food into a watery color. Furthermore, in the case of refrigerators, there are large temperature differences within the refrigerator itself, and if the temperature rises after thawing, drips will appear, spoiling the taste of the food, and causing a loss of nutrients.

The cooling tank is connected to this water tank, and the water in the water tank is maintained at 0°C at all times. When thawing, a blower installed inside the aircraft is operated via a timer to cool the air inside the aircraft. Thawing is characterized by raising the temperature to about 2'C to thaw the object, and furthermore, when thawing is completed, the blower is stopped by a timer to maintain the interior of the machine at a low temperature and high humidity again. The aim is to provide the opportunity.

It is maintained at
This activates, promoting air circulation within the cabin, and the internal temperature naturally rises to approximately 2°C, allowing the frozen food on board to thaw naturally. Furthermore, after thawing is complete, the blower is stopped again by the timer, and the inside of the machine becomes a low temperature, high humidity ice storage again, making it possible to preserve the thawed food inside the machine for a long time.

That is, in the past, defrosting was carried out by increasing the temperature by 3° C. or more, which inevitably caused drips in the thawed food, impairing its taste. As a result, the air temperature inside the machine was allowed to rise naturally to a temperature of 100 °C by operating a blower installed inside the machine, and as a result, the above-mentioned failure was resolved. However, since there is no condensation inside the machine, the humidity can be maintained at 95 degrees or higher, and the above 2 degrees
Natural thawing is possible due to the thawing effect caused by the temperature of C.
Since there is no condensation on the surface of the food and no drips, high freshness can be expected.
