DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a bathing device for a patient stretcher, and in particular, when a patient takes a bath, the stretcher at the height of a wheelchair or transport vehicle is vertically raised close to the outside of the bathtub wall.
It then ascends in an arc until it reaches a point slightly above the upper edge of the bathtub wall, and then moves horizontally into the bathtub, then descends in an arc until it reaches just above the bathtub, and then descends vertically into the bath water, allowing the patient to take a bath. However, when the patient takes a bath, the stretcher moves in the opposite direction along exactly the same operating trajectory as that during bathing, thereby allowing the patient to enter and leave the bath. Conventionally, this kind of drive device has a moving vehicle mounted on a rail outside one end of the bathtub, an arm for supporting a stretcher is provided on the elevating frame of the moving vehicle, and the patient on the conveyance vehicle being pushed is placed outside the bathtub. A structure has been proposed in which the person is transferred to a stretcher, raised vertically above the side wall of the bathtub using the elevating frame, then moved horizontally to just above the bathtub, and then lowered into the hot water of the bathtub to take a bath. With this structure, the patient is bathed and bathed while moving the stretcher in a letter-shaped manner. Therefore, at the start and stop positions during vertical movement and horizontal movement, patients are subjected to shocks due to mechanical operation, and burn victims and the like are suffering intolerable pain and worsening of symptoms.

In view of this situation, a swinging arm is installed outside one end of the bathtub, a stretcher is cantilevered at the tip of the swinging arm, and by swinging the swinging arm approximately 180 degrees, the transport vehicle outside the bathtub and the inside of the bathtub can be connected to each other. The patients were allowed to enter and exit the bath by moving in a semicircular pattern between the two. However, since the stretcher descends in an arc inside the bathtub, the gap between the two walls of the bathtub is wide, unnecessary hot water is used, and the gap between the bathtub and the stretcher that has descended and stopped outside the bathtub becomes large, resulting in a large bathroom area. Furthermore, the maximum lifting position of the stretcher is higher than the upper edge of the side wall of the bathtub, causing the patient in pain to strongly refuse to bathe in the bathtub due to an unbearable feeling of fear.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned defects, and its gist is that the end of the stretcher support shaft is fixed to a frame body that is movable vertically and horizontally outside one end of the bathtub, and that a plane parallel to the frame body The support shaft is interposed so as to be slidable in the axial direction of a swinging rod that operates along the
When the swinging rod is driven, the support shaft is configured to reciprocate by its own weight along a guide frame provided in an approximately inverted U shape, and the patient can be quickly and securely entered without giving any impact to the patient due to stretcher operation. This is a device that allows people to take a bath. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

On the other hand, a pair of upper and lower cross beams 29, 29' are installed horizontally between both side walls 28, 28' of the casing 3, and a pair of vertically parallel cross beams 29, 29' are installed opposite each other in the vertical direction. A horizontal movement frame 31 having a guide groove 30 is attached. This horizontal movement frame 31 is connected to the guide groove 30 and the connecting plate 3.
A substantially rectangular mounting frame portion 33 is provided through the crossbeams 29 and 2.
It is attached to 9'. The mounting frame portion 33 is provided with three slides 34 made of synthetic resin made of Teflon material on both sides of the upper part and on both sides of the lower part, and the hand slides 34 contact the upper surface and the front and rear sides of the cross beams 29, 29'. Then, the horizontal moving frame 31 is smoothly reciprocated without vibration. The slider 34 may be a roller, but the roller gives vibration to the moving frame 31 due to deterioration over time. The outer surfaces of both guide grooves 30 are covered with a plate material and reinforced with a reinforcing body 35.

Furthermore, a guide frame 39 for the stretcher support shaft 5 is provided on the inner surface of the front wall 44 of the casing 3 via a mounting member 38 provided along the aforementioned guide hole. The guide frame 39 is formed into an inverted U-shape by being curved in an arc between the vertical parts 40, 42 on both sides and the horizontal part 41 at the top. A groove wheel 43 having a bearing inside the stretcher support shaft 5 that moves along the outer peripheral surface of the guide frame 39 is slidably fitted therein.

The mechanism for operating the stretcher 8 is operated by a switch button (not shown) provided on the side wall of the casing 3 using an electric motor 14 that rotates in forward and reverse directions. As shown in FIG. 3, the swinging rod 24 driven by the electric motor 14 reciprocates in a range from a position at an elevation angle of approximately 30° shown by a dashed line on the left to a position at an elevation angle of 30° shown as a solid line on the right. do.

The stretcher support shaft 5 inserted into the swinging rod 24 disposed on the right side in FIG. There is. When the stretcher 8 is to be taken out of the bath, the swinging rod 24 at the solid line position on the right side is swung counterclockwise. The stretcher support shaft 5 then rises along the vertical portion 42. At this time, the elevating plate 36 integral with the support shaft 5 rises, and when it reaches the curve of the upper end of the vertical portion 42, the elevating plate 36 rises and the horizontal moving frame 31 moves to the left. In this way, when the swinging rod 24 passes through the horizontal portion 41 and the curved portion and reaches the left-hand dashed line at the lower end of the vertical portion 40, the swinging rod 24 is stopped by a limit switch (not shown), and the stretcher 8 is moved to the transport vehicle 45. Stop at a position consistent with the height.

In the apparatus of the present invention having the above-described function, the stretcher support shaft, which is slidably inserted into the rocking rod reciprocated by the drive source, is supported by gravity on the guide frame, and the end of the support shaft is attached to the horizontally moving frame. Since the stretcher is fixed to the lifting plate attached to the gurney, when the swinging frame is activated, the stretcher carrying the patient stops mid-way, allowing the stretcher to complete the entire journey without causing shock or pain to the body. You can take a bath or take a bath with your movements.

Furthermore, since the guide frame is formed vertically on both sides, the stretcher can rise vertically from the height of the transport vehicle close to the outside of the bathtub, and can also vertically descend to the height of the transport vehicle. This makes it possible to install a compact hot water bath device even in a small bathroom. Furthermore, since the stretcher can be raised and lowered vertically within the bathtub, it is possible to make the width of the bathtub as narrow as approximately the width of the stretcher, thereby reducing the amount of bath water used.

Furthermore, the horizontal part of the guide frame only needs to be placed at such a height that the lower surface of the stretcher can move laterally above the upper edge of the side wall of the bathtub, so that the patient on the stretcher can They will not be lifted unreasonably high against their will, and therefore will not refuse bathing out of fear. The shape of this guide frame can be changed to suit the condition of the bathing patient and the shape of the bathtub, and it is extremely easy to change the movement trajectory of the stretcher to a desired direction.

Furthermore, the horizontal movement frame that moves on the crossbeam uses Teflon slides, and the lifting plate that moves the horizontal movement frame up and down uses nylon rollers, so the stretcher moves quietly without shaking or vibration. Therefore, this bathing/exiting device is extremely suitable for bathing patients who require absolute rest or burn patients.
