After the mattresses are installed, the middle conveyer belt 7-2, the left conveyer belt 7-3 and the right conveyer belt 7-4 at the front part and the rear part of the turnover device 7 are exposed, and the soft surface layers of the mattresses are flush with the surfaces of the conveyer belts or slightly lower than the surfaces of the conveyer belts, so that the reliable contact between the bodies of patients and the conveyer belts is ensured. It is conceivable that the soft surface layer of the mattress contracts by being pressed, so that reliable contact between the body and the conveyor belt can be ensured when the patient lies on the nursing bed or lies prone.
A supporting plate is arranged at the position of the head of the bed or at the position of the tail of the bed frame 5, a controller 13 is arranged in the middle of the supporting plate, and the controller 13 calls various functions. The controller 13 includes a control unit for receiving an input of an instruction and controlling the device to perform a response operation, a power supply processing unit, and a connection terminal unit for performing circuit connection of the device.
And each bed leg push rod motor 3-3, each swing motor 7-7 and each driving motor 7-9 are electrically connected with the wiring terminal unit by adopting a wire harness. The using method comprises the following steps:
the guardrail 2 at one side is disassembled, and the two folding bed leg assemblies 3 are operated to reduce the height of the bed frame 5, so that a patient can be conveniently transferred to the bed; after the patient gets on the bed, the side guard bar 2 is installed, and the two folding bed leg assemblies 3 are operated to reset and lift the height of the bed frame 5; the patient generally lies on the nursing bed, the position is approximately in the middle of the nursing bed, when lying, the shoulder blades are abutted against the turning-over component positioned at the front part, and the hip part is abutted against the turning-over component positioned at the rear part;
when the patient needs to turn over, the patient is operated through the operating handle;
firstly, if the body posture of a patient is in a skew state, the posture needs to be pre-adjusted, the problems of collision and the like caused by the body posture problem during the turning-over operation are prevented, specifically, reverse adjustment is carried out according to the deviation degree of the central line of the body of the patient from the central line of the nursing bed, the adjustment effect is that the shoulder blades and the hip parts of the patient move towards the central line of the nursing bed until the central line of the body is approximately parallel to the central line of the nursing bed, and the moving directions of the conveyor belts of the front and rear turning-over assemblies in the operation are opposite;
then, the front and rear groups of conveyor belts of the turnover components move in the same direction through the operating handle, and then the turnover device 7 horizontally transfers and moves the body of the patient to the lateral position until most of the body of the patient is transferred to the left mattress 11 or the right mattress 9;
then, the left mattress 11 or the right mattress 9 is enabled to do inward tilting movement through the operating handle, the body of the patient is adjusted from a horizontal state to an inclined state (half-turning), or the left mattress 11/the right mattress 9 are received by nursing staff after tilting to a certain degree and slowly put down until the patient is prone to lie (completely turning), then the left mattress 11/the right mattress 9 is operated to restore the horizontal state again, at the moment, the shoulder of the patient is abutted against the front turning assembly, and the hip is abutted against the rear turning assembly;
after the patient is completely turned over, the body of the patient may deviate from the center position of the nursing bed, so that the turning-over device 7 can be operated again to perform the translational movement of the body of the patient to the middle position of the nursing bed in order to facilitate subsequent nursing operations such as cleaning, massaging, back buckling and the like, thereby realizing the position adjustment of the body of the patient;
in consideration of the difference of the physical characteristics of different patients, in order to make the turning device 7 of the nursing bed facility to better exert the effect, some cushion blocks/cushion strips can be arranged on the turnover device 7, the cushion blocks/cushion strips can be made of rubber materials and foaming materials, before the turning-over device 7 is operated and used, the cushion block/cushion strip is firstly plugged between the body of a patient and the conveying belt of the turning-over device 7 (mainly between the conveying belt 7-2 at the middle part, and the conveying belt 7-3 at the left side and the conveying belt 7-4 at the right side can tilt and swing, so that reliable contact between the cushion block/cushion strip and the body of the patient can be guaranteed), the cushion block/cushion strip is removed after the operation is finished, and the movement is transmitted between the conveying belt and the cushion block/cushion strip by means of friction, so that the moving effect of the turning-over device 7 on the patient can be effectively guaranteed.

the first driving mechanism comprises a driving reduction box (7-8) and a driving motor (7-9) which are fixedly arranged in a box body (7-5), a main driving belt pulley (7-17) is arranged on an output shaft of the driving reduction box (7-8), a driven driving belt pulley (7-16) is arranged on the inner side of an inner side belt pulley (7-12), and the main driving belt pulley (7-17) is in transmission connection with the driven driving belt pulley (7-16) by adopting a belt (7-11);
the first driving mechanism also comprises a tensioner (7-10) for tensioning the belt (7-11), the tensioner (7-10) comprises a base fixed with the box body (7-5), a door-shaped frame with a pressure rod is hinged and installed on the base, and a torsion spring is arranged between the door-shaped frame and the base;
the second driving mechanism comprises a swing reduction box (7-6) and a swing motor (7-7) which are fixedly arranged in the box body (7-5);
