This is because LPG has poor starting performance, so gasoline is used when starting, and after the engine has warmed up, LPG is used.
It uses PG. FIG. 7 shows an example of a forklift truck that employs such a hybrid fuel supply system.
For example, as shown in Service Bulletin No. 373, No. 119, issued by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., November 1978, the - side has a hydraulic oil tank and the other side has a fuel tank, and when the engine is started, the fuel is turned off. Using the gasoline stored in the tank, the engine warm-up mvk presses the LPG cylinder 4 mounted on the counterweight 6 to switch to introducing LPG. This LPG cylinder 4 is placed vertically on a counterweight 6 as shown in the figure, and is fixed by a clamp mechanism (not shown), since there is no mounting space, especially in a small 7-oak lift. 5 in the diagram
is an operator seat, 6 is a mast assembly, 7 is a drive wheel, 8 is a steering wheel, 9 is an overhead guard, and 10 is a top panel. In addition, as a reference, Utsukai Showa 5

Since the G cylinder 4 is placed vertically on the counterweight δ, the operator's head may interfere with the LPG cylinder 4, causing discomfort. Moreover, when reversing, the LPG cylinder 4 obstructs the rear view, significantly impairing cargo handling operations. Furthermore, when replacing the LPG cylinder 4, the LPG cylinder 4, which is quite heavy, must be placed in a high position on the counterweight 6, which not only forces the operator to do heavy labor but is also very dangerous.

As in the conventional case, a hydraulic oil tank 11 with a large capacity is formed in the center thereof. A partition wall 16 is provided at the center of the two side frames on the other side, and a phenyl tank 12 is separated from the approximately front half of the two frames. Further, the outer wall of the approximately rear half of the two side frames is constituted by an opening/closing door 14 attached to the partition wall 16 via a hinge member 15, and a storage area for LPG cylinders 4, etc. is provided in the rear half of the side frame 2A. 16 is formed. In this embodiment, the upper ends of the partition wall 16 and rear wall 17 of the ride frame 2A are extended upward, and the storage section 16 is opened into the top panel 10, while a notch 10a is formed in the side wall of the top panel 10, The upper end of the opening/closing door 14 is formed to fit into this notch 10a, so that a relatively tall LPG cylinder 4 can be stored vertically in the storage section 16. In the figure, 18 indicates a rear cross member, 19 indicates a steering mounting member, and 20 indicates a hook for attaching a counterweight.

がない。According to the structure of the above embodiment, the LPG cylinder 4 is stored and mounted in the storage part 16 formed approximately at the rear half of the two side frames by opening and closing the opening/closing door 14, so that it is placed on the counterweight 6 as in the conventional case. It is possible to eliminate problems such as the presence of the LPG cylinder 4 in the front, which obstructs the rear view, or which interferes with the operator's head, causing discomfort, and the strength itself does not decrease.

Since it can be opened and replaced at a low ground level, it does not require heavy labor on the operator and is also very advantageous in terms of safety. On the other hand, although the capacity of the fuel tank 12 is smaller compared to the conventional one, in the hybrid fuel supply system, as mentioned above, the gasoline in the 7-hole fuel tank 12 is only used when starting the engine, so the amount consumed is small. , therefore, there will be no problem.

The sub-phenyl tank 21 may be stored and mounted on the 7-el tank 12 to compensate for the lack of capacity of the 7-el tank 12.

It does not worsen the situation or cause discomfort due to interference with the operator's head, and there is no need to increase the vehicle width or the overall length of the vehicle, especially when configuring the storage section, improving turning performance and narrow road passageability. etc. will not be damaged. In addition, when replacing an LPG cylinder, the door can be opened and the work can be done from a low ground clearance position, so the work can be done easily and safely, which has many practical effects.
