    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の発光ダイオードの選択的点灯により感光体の静電
    荷を除電する構成の不要静電荷除去装置に於いて、予め
    定められた画像幅に対応する少なくとも１個の発光ダイ
    オードの感光体に対向する面と感光体との間に光透過率
    を制御するフィルターを設けたことを特徴とする電子写
    真複写機の不要静電荷除去装置。
