    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空槽内に断面Ω字状の帯状発熱体を、ほぼ等間隔に複
    数対平行に分割配設し、前記発熱体の各一対のそれぞれ
    一方を電気的に連結接続し、かつ他方を電力供給側に接
    続することを特徴とする真空熱処理装置。
