し、又、底部排気孔からのシリンダー内部への塵
埃、湿気或いは水分等の侵入の防止機能及び該排
気孔からの外部への強制排出による清浄機能とが
ないために制動機能が早期に劣化するので、その
改善が望まれる現状にあつた。

で、収納室に内装した板状の弁部材4は、収納室
の端周部に取付けられたエヤーシリンダー装置2
との相互の取付け部において支切壁部6を貫通突
出し且つ該エヤーシリンダー装置側のピストン桿
10の突出端部に係着5されている。エヤーシリ
ンダー装置2の外側頂部には急速給排気弁装置7
が取付けられ、また、ピストン桿10が貫通する
支切壁部6において該ピストン桿との対接孔周面
6′に軸受8とシール材9が設けられている。エ
ヤーシリンダー装置では弁装置7よりの給気によ
り弁部材4を下降し、リターンスプリング11に
より上昇することは公知技術と同様である。支切
壁部6における前記対接孔周面6′の周りに給気
孔14に通じる環状の噴気溝室13が設けられ、
給気孔14を外部のコンプレツサー等からなる給
気源と接続連通するために噴気供給路としての配
管15を設けて、制動時の弁部材4が受ける排気
圧より高圧の圧力で走行中絶えず該噴気溝室より
強制噴気せしめるものである。尚第2図及び第3
図における実線による矢印は配管15での噴気の
流れの方向を示すものである。

へ、排気ガスが運ぶカーボン熱或いは弁部材4の
往復運動につれて生ずる摩耗金属粉等が侵入、伝
導することを効果的に防止でき、従つて軸受8、
シール材9、ピストン桿10或いはピストンパツ
キング材等に及ぼす老化、摩耗、損傷等を軽減で
きると共に、この噴気後にシリンダー装置2内部
側に流入した該噴気圧によつて、底部排出通気孔
12からシリンダー内部へ塵埃、湿気或いは水分
等が侵入することを防止し、同時に該排出通気孔
12から外部へ強制排出することによる清浄機能
をも行わしめるために、長期耐用し得ることがで
きるものである。
