あたつて用いられる、パネルの反り矯正装置に関
する。

装置を提供しようとするものである。

可能な矩形状の金属製板体からなり、その一側面
に上記支柱1およびパネル2の表面に接合する接
合面6aを有する。この長手方向の一端部には釘
孔12が穿設される。

挿する。この際、主金物の一端部の掛合片部7は
支柱1の一面に掛合するとともに固定片部9はパ
ネル2の側端面に接し、また他端部の工具掛止用
孔10は支柱1とパネル2の他面側に突出すると
ともに取付孔11は支柱1の他面と同一面に揃
う。そして、パネル2の反りがなければ、釘孔8
を介して支柱1の一面上り突出するパネル2の側
端面に固定具である釘13を射ちつけて固定片部
9とパネル2とを固定する。パネル2の反りがあ
れば、当然反りを矯正しなければならない。ここ
で反りの方向が問題であるが、同図に示すように
固定片部9がパネル2の一側面からはみでる方向
の反り、すなわちパネル2が支柱1の他面側へ膨
出して反つている場合は釘孔8に上記釘13を打

パネル2を支柱1の他面側に付勢し、主金物5の
掛合片7が支柱1の一面に掛止し取付孔11を支
柱1の他面と同一に揃える。このような状態から
第4図Cに示すように上記主金物5の取付孔11
に従金物6を挿入して掛合し、その接合面6aを
支柱1及びパネル2のそれぞれ他面に当接接合さ

にパネルを付勢する工具を掛止する工具掛止用孔
およびこの内側に掛合片部から支柱の奥行巾と同
一巾離間した位置に取付孔を穿設するとともにこ
の取付孔に掛合可能な従金物に上記支柱およびパ
ネルと接合する接合面を設けたものである。した
がつて主金物はその掛合片部と従金物の接合面と
によつて支柱を挟持し、またその固定片部と接合
面とによつてパネルを固定し、支柱を基準として
パネルの反りを矯正したまま保持できる。上記固
定片部および取付孔はパネル矯正時のガイドとな
り、かつパネルの一面側に露出物はない。このこ
とから支柱に対してこれより厚肉のパネルを組立
てた後であつても、ごく容易に、しかも確実にパ
ネルの反りを矯正でき作業性が良いとともにパネ
ルに内装下地材を貼着しても、この側面には突出
物がないから美観に優れ、かつ装置そのものは非
常に簡単な構造で廉価に提供できる。
