る。従来、ラツクとクラツチ付ピニオンの係合あ
るいは歯車と歯車の係合によりターンテーブルの
回転駆動を行つていた。しかし、これらの駆動方
式では起動・停止時にバツクラツシユによるゆり
かえしがあり、金型鋳造機を載せたターンテーブ
ルの場合は注湯済金型へ種々の悪影響をおよぼし
ていた。本考案はこれらの問題点を解決すること
を目的とするものである。

置7が中心軸両側に対向して配置してあつて、回
転中心軸4に横向きの偏荷重がかゝらないように
してある。8は基礎上に設置された固定フレーム
で、該固定フレーム8には、回転アーム9が支軸
10を介して基端側を水平方向に回動可能に支持
されており、また、該回転アーム9の先端側に
は、固定フレーム8に支持部材11を介して横向
きに取付けられたエヤーシリンダ12のピストン
ロツド12aがロツド部材13を介して連結され
るとともに該回転アーム9の中間部位には、竪型
の駆動モータ14が上向きに取付けてあつて、そ
のモータ軸14aには、外周にゴム状のタイヤを
巻いた駆動ローラ15が嵌着されている。該駆動
ローラ15は、エヤーシリンダ12の作動によ
り、回転アーム9とともに支軸10を支点として
水平回動されターンテーブル1の外周面に対して
圧着可能に設けられている。この際、駆動ローラ
15のターンテーブル1に対する圧着力は、駆動
モータ14の出力トルクに負けない減圧弁にて調
整された最少の力でもつて押圧制御されているの
で、駆動ローラ15とターンテーブル1の間に
は、スリツプ現象を起すことはない。また、前記
実施例においては、駆動装置7をターンテーブル
1の中心軸両側外周部外側に対向して配置した構
成としたが、ターンテーブル1の外周部外側に3
ケ所或いは4ケ所略等間隔を保つて配置してもよ
い。尚、16は多管継手、17は回転継手であ
る。このように構成されたものは、エヤーシリン
ダ12の押出し作動により、駆動ローラ15が回
転アーム9とともに支軸10を支点として回動さ
れ、そして減圧弁の調整により、駆動ローラ15
のターンテーブル1に対する圧着力が、駆動モー
タ14の出力トルクに負けない最少の力に制御さ
れた状態において、駆動モータ14を作動する
と、ターンテーブル1は駆動ローラ15との間に
