以上のような構成からなるこの考案に係る小型
汚泥濃縮車はタンクの重心が低いから、濃縮車全
体が安定し、従つてタンクの前上部に左右に分離
して凝集剤タンクを搭載することができるととも
にタンクが分割されているから凝集剤の種類を分
けて充填することができまた凝集剤は吸引パイプ
の経路途中に挿入してこの吸引力で原液タンク中
に供給撹拌できることとしたから凝集剤供給用の
ポンプや凝集剤用の撹拌機が別途不要であるとい
う利点があるうえ、小型ドラムスクリーンが断面
部位により太さが違なるので傾斜角が微少に変化
しても過面積の変化が少なく調整が不要である
という利点もあり、更に小型ドラムスクリーンの
洗浄水として過水を使用することとしたから別
途洗浄用の清水の塔載の必要がなく、又この小型
ドラムスクリーンの洗浄ノズルを特定の形状とし
たから噴射ノズルの目詰りがなく、又ドラムスク
リーンへ原液を送るためのポンプを使用せず圧送
しているため原液中のフロツクが壊れることが少
ないという利点をも重ねてもち、汚泥濃縮車の全
体形状を小型化して家庭用の小型単独し尿処理槽
等の小型槽を複数箇所1回の搬出で清掃回収でき
しかも濃縮率が高く、搬送処理能率が良好となる
効果を奏する。

容量の濃縮汚泥タンクとが隔壁を介して一体化さ
れた水平方向に偏平橢円柱状のタンクが車台と軸
長方向を同一にしてかつ原液タンクが車前方とな
るようにして架設され、このタンクの特に原液タ
ンク前上部に凝集剤タンクを左右に分離して装設
し、前記タンクの濃縮汚泥タンク上方に小型ドラ
ムスクリーンよりなる濃縮機をその回転軸が車台
軸と同一方向となるように配置してなり、この小
型ドラムスクリーンの回転軸が水平軸に対して傾
斜して回転自在に軸支されるとともに、この小型
ドラムスクリーンが偏平橢円状のトツクリ型に形
成されかつこの小型ドラムスクリーンの内周壁に
ラセン状に羽根を巻着してなり、かつこのドラム
スクリーンの下部に過水の受水槽を具設し、こ
の受水槽からポンプを介して小型ドラムスクリー
ンにパイプを延出し、このパイプの先端に傾斜角
の可変自在な拡散板を具設したノズルを装着し、
車台に装置されたポンプの吸引パイプを原液タン
クの内部空間と連接し、凝集剤タンクから延出す
る供給パイプを原液タンクの底部近傍まで挿入し
かつ原液タンクの底部から更に若干低い位置に原
液排出口を設け、この原液排出口から前記ドラム
スクリーンへ連接するパイプを設け、更に原液タ
ンクの上端部から吸水・排水用のホースを延出し
てなる汚泥濃縮車。
