When carrying the product into a painting room and performing work with the area completely sealed, the positive pressure can be used to prevent dirt from entering the painting room from outside, achieving the initial purpose of preventing dirt from adhering. It is something.

Additionally, if the pressure inside the painting room is set to positive as shown in Figure 1B, this will prevent dust from being sucked into the factory, but the air inside the painting room (including paint mist) will
Since the paint passes through the setting room and drying oven and is discharged from the opening at the loading/unloading position, the interior of the drying furnace and setting room is extremely contaminated with paint, and the installer/unloader is also exposed to paint damage. In addition to this, it also causes a major problem in that it spreads paint mist into the factory, which in turn causes early clogging of the filters in the air supply fans that suck the air inside the factory.

In addition to connecting the passage 6 and the outlet passage 7, an auxiliary duct 8 with a filter is further branched and connected to the 4 part on the inlet side of the object to be coated, and a blower fan 9 provided in the auxiliary duct 8 supplies purified air a. Separately, an auxiliary duct 8' with a filter is connected so as to flow into the painting chamber 1 side and the inlet passage 6 side, and an auxiliary duct 8' with a filter is branched and connected to the outlet side 5 of the object to be coated, and a blower fan 9 is installed in the auxiliary duct 8'. The air a that has been purified in step 1 is made to separately flow into the painting chamber 1 side and the outlet passage 7 side. 10 is a dust filter 11 installed before and after the air supply fan 2
is a filter for collecting paint mist placed in front of the exhaust fan 3. Reference numeral 12 denotes a drying oven section located at the outlet passage 7 section.

The amount of air discharged is increased to make the pressure inside the painting chamber more negative than the pressure outside the painting chamber 1.

However, in this case, at the open end 6a of the inlet passage 6,
Clean air a flows out from the blower fan 9 facing the inlet side 4 of the workpiece and is discharged outward (into the factory) from the open end 6a of the inlet passage 6. It is possible to prevent dirty air mixed with factory dust etc. from flowing in from 6a together with the object to be coated. Furthermore, on the object inlet side 4 where the object to be coated enters the painting chamber 1, the structure is such that clean air a flowing out from the blower fan 9 flows into the painting chamber 1 side. The paint mist inside does not flow out to the inlet passage 6 side, but is separately discharged into a duct (not shown) by the exhaust fan 3.

flows into the painting chamber 1 side, the paint mist in the painting chamber 1 does not flow out even at this location, and at the opening end 7a of the outlet passage 7, the blower fan 9'
Since the more branched clean air a is discharged to the outside (inside the factory) in the same manner as described above, dirty air within the factory does not flow into the coating chamber 1 through the open end 7a.

Similarly, clean air sent from the intake fan 2 through the auxiliary ducts 8, 8' flows into the painting chamber 1 side, so the paint mist in the painting chamber 1 does not flow out.

設備を配することが可能となるものである。 As mentioned above, the present invention is equipped with blowing means capable of discharging clean air that branches into the inlet passage and the outlet passage, at the front and rear positions of the painting room, at the inlet and outlet sides of the object to be coated. Even if the pressure inside the room is positive, clean air blown by the blower fan flows into the painting room, so paint mist will not be discharged into the factory from the opening, and the pressure inside the painting room will be negative. There is also no risk of inhaling dust from inside the factory through the opening. Therefore, it is possible to install painting equipment that can be used even in factories where there is some dirt and dust.
