沿って環状の凹溝部を設けた円盤状のケース部材の該凹
溝部内に、凹溝部並びに該凹溝部のカバーの周壁面とそ
れぞれ微少間隙を保持し、粘性液体を充填した状態をも
ってイナーシャーリングを内装して封着してなるトーシ
ョナル・バイフレーションダンパの構造において、前記
ケース部材1を構成するフランジ壁3と、凹溝部2をな
す内筒壁5、外筒壁6及び底壁7との少くとも1壁部分
を別体として相互に鑞着10して構成することを特徴と
