    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗滌液を濾過する複数の濾過手段のうち少なくとも１つ
    を主濾過手段、他を副濾過手段とし、上記主濾過手段に
    はこれによって濾過されて外部に排出された濾滓を回収
    する回収槽を設け、上記副濾過手段にはこれによって濾
    過された濾滓を洗滌液とともに上記主濾過手段に供給す
    る供給通路を接続したことを特徴とする濾過装置。
